I hired Softbit Digital to rebuilt my WordPress Website, and the experience was smoother than I expected. They fixed performance issues and customised the design according to my needs. There were a few revisions, but they handled them without any attitude!

Update – February 26, 2026:In response to the company’s public reply, I have consistently communicated in writing and requested documentation regarding how my $4,400 in payments was allocated, including inventory purchases, advertising expenses (including the referenced $800 in “organic ads”), and clarification of any accounts operated under my business name. As of today, the requested written documentation has not been provided. I remain open to resolution upon receipt of these records.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. BIGGEST SAMMER CHARGED ME $700 FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING BUT NEVER COMPLETED WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY DISAPPEARED. THESE PEOPLE ARE FROM INDIA OR PAKISTAN; THEY WON'T ANSWER YOUR CALL OR MESSAGES ONCE YOU ASK FOR A REFUND.
They never contact me back… todays date not giving me any respond back… I gave lots of ideas… and they don’t even make any effort to improve anything on the designe It was. I believe I’m not the only one….
