Beware. Terrible service.
Having our own power plant on our roof seemed like a great idea but the communication and service from Solar Energy World have been atrocious. The installers spilled an adhesive on our front walk and then stepped in it and left footprints but didn't mention it to us. It looked like someone had bled to death on our front walkway but they just walked away from the job. It took multiple weeks of emails and complaints to get someone to finally come clean the walkway. The initial installation was wired incorrectly such that half the panels wouldn't produce energy. When they came back to fix the wiring they damaged the roof and we found mold growing in the ceiling of an upstairs bathroom. When we brought this to their attention they first tried to convince us it was an indoor issue rather than roof damage, then they ghosted us. We theoretically have an account manager to raise these issues to but that person does not reach out proactively and does not respond unless we copy every person we've ever spoken with. It's been nothing but a headache.
