I am happy with the products. They function well and seem durable. I have the Sonic Pro, Water Flosser and most recently the Sonic Go. It was easy to purchase the products and I appreciated the prompt responses to my queries.

Long delays and poor communication
I ordered the Sonic cleaner, on the basis of "shipping within 1 day" and "delivery in 2 to 4 days". I received no shipping info after 10 days and emailed the supplier. I received an automated reply promising a "human" would respond within 24 hours. Nothing heard for 2 days. A further email from the supplier (no reference to my emails) arrived advising of higher than expected orders and that the unit i had ordered was "almost" out of stock and delivery my take some weeks. I could change my order to another unit for a faster delivery. I opted to change my order for faster delivery and received no confirmation. Today I received notification that the unit was "being prepared for despatch ".My issue is, their adds are still promising delivery of the out of stock item, in 2 to 4 days. Their communications are terrible. The only communications that arrived promptly were requests for reviews.If you are considering buying from this company, expect long delays and poor communication. I have no idea how their equipment performs as I have not received it.

Prepare for long, unexpected shipping delay. I cancelled.
Feb 19. Website promises standard shipping 3-5 days, processed in 1. After waiting 2 weeks and hearing nothing, I reached out and heard back that they are still backordered and expecting their inventory to arrive a week from now. They charged my cc just fine though, without saying anything about shipping delays or inventory backorders. This all makes me think this is just a well polished marketing front for basic white labeled product and that it's not a proper manufacturer.Feb 21 - Update after receiving the response below from sonic dental:Thank you for the response and for acknowledging the communication failures on your part.My primary concern remains the fulfillment experience. The website indicates orders ship within approximately one working day (with only minor extensions during busy periods), yet after two weeks with no shipment or proactive notification I was told the item was backordered and inventory was still expected to arrive later. Being charged immediately while stock was not available, without clear disclosure, is problematic. Saying you have complex warehouse setup doesn’t mean much when you choose not to disclose delays at time of order, an easy thing to do and a more honest and trustworthy approach.I will note that responses to my cancellation request and to this review were prompt, which I appreciate. However, proactive communication about delays before customers have to reach out would be far more valuable than fast responses after the fact. And as for the offer for another product, expedited shipping, etc., I've already requested cancellation and refund and declined this offer twice and still no refund has been issued. How many times do I need to ask before you cancel and refund?Regarding the point about being founded by dental professionals, clinical experience and product engineering/manufacturing are not the same thing. Dentists routinely purchase sterilization and ultrasonic equipment for their practices from established manufacturers rather than designing or producing that equipment themselves. From a consumer perspective, references to dental professionals don’t necessarily address questions about how a device is engineered, manufactured, or differentiated. What makes yours better than others? Is it the quality of your piezoelectric transducers? And how hard is it to “engineer” one of these?Piezoelectric Transducers: The core component that converts electrical energy into mechanical vibrations. Frequencies around 40-48 kHz are considered the "gold standard" for general, balanced cleaning of items like dental tools, offering good power without damaging delicate items.Ultrasonic Generator/Driver Circuit: This board provides the high-frequency alternating current required to power the transducer(s) at the correct frequency (e.g., 40 kHz).Power Supply: A stable power source (often 12V or 24V DC, or AC 110V/220V depending on the driver board) that matches the input requirements of the driver circuit.Cleaning Tank: A rigid, metallic container (stainless steel) that can hold the cleaning solution and the dental item. The transducer is typically bonded to the bottom or side of this tank.Mounting/Bonding Material: Strong, waterproof epoxy for securely attaching the transducer to the outside of the metal tank to ensure efficient vibration transfer.I do appreciate the response and in the end, the delay in the order and communication gave me time to reconsider spending so much on this product when there are many other options, less expensive ones too, to choose from. I've ordered and received another already, and it works great at less than half the price – maybe even uses the same transducer as yours? Who knows?

Definitely worth the money!
I love the Sonic Pro Ultrasonic & UVC Cleaner for my daughter's Invisaligns. She had just started 18 months of treatment and was refusing to wear them due to the taste and smell. I bought this online and received it within days. Complete game changer. Love the UVC light for peace of mind against bacteria.

I'm very happy with this Sonic device
I'm very happy with this Sonic device, which works really well for cleaning teeth.I highly recommend it; it avoids using those awful tablets we have that are toxic to humans. However, the instructions were in English, which is a shame there wasn't a translation. Anyway, we can go to the website.

My nighttime mouth guard was NASTY!
My nighttime mouth guard was horribly stained. I just didn’t know how to clean it without damaging it. Then I found Sonic Dental. I love my new Sonic Pro. I used 1 Sonic cleaning tablet then had to run the 5min cycle 6 times over an hour period. And the transformation was incredible!I would highly recommend the Sonic Pro.

Effortless & time saving

Delivery a little tardy
Whilst the product appears to work well, it took some time to be delivered and there were no updates by email as to when I could expect the item and no tracking information. I had to email the company to try and find out.
