The investments do produce and pay on time. I've been investing in these for almost 6 months now and they've performed pretty well. The guys are responsive when I have questions and provide solid ongoing service. I plan on investing again with them.

The team at Sonno Homes is great! They have intimate knowledge of the markets where they invest, and have the expertise to help their investors build income and the potential for long term returns. They are fully transparent with their process. They guide you every step of the way and are always there for you with quick and in-depth responses to your questions and concerns. As someone who was new to real estate investing, for me Sonno Homes was a great first experience in getting exposure into short term rental markets. Highly recommend chatting with their team if you are even remotely interested in getting real estate exposure into your portfolio.

Investing since late 2025
I have been investing with Sonno Homes since late 2025. So far the experience has been excellent! The property that they manage for me has been performing as predicted and they have been extremely professional with timely communication whenever I have any questions. I'm certainly hoping to add more investments to my portfolio in 2026!

Have been an investor for a short time…
Have been an investor for a short time now, Chris and Eric have been great to deal with, looking forward to a long term business relationship with them and the whole team at Sonno Homes. I have invested in some properties as the primary investor and partnered on others. Very satisfied with the returns so far, hoping for a GREAT 2026!

I wish I could give six stars!!
It is rare in today's world that you find a company where promises are kept and expectations are exceeded. Sonno brings an experienced management team, thoroughly explains the investment process and projections, provides investment options to fit my personal criteria, and has delivered steady and predictable passive cash flow and return on investment that has exceeded much of my personal investment portfolio. I wish I could give six stars!!

Consistent returns in Italy & Colombia
I've been a client since 2025 with properties in both Italy and Colombia. We had a slower month in the fall but otherwise returns have been consistent and as advertised. I'm hoping for Portugal soon.
