When I read the amount of rent the park I live in charges per month, and I wonder how this company can put forth such misinformation and get away with it. If my memory serves me correctly, I believe they said the rent was in the $500 range. I just got a notice that just the rent will be raised to $758, plus we pay for trash, and water which currently totals $73.44 each month, and the gas which we must get from them varies, and in the winter time can be over $200 or more per month. The park is Oakhurst Mobile Home Park, in Oakhurst, CA.
