I used the Jupiter device everyday the first 2 weeks. My skin looks healthier and brighter. Looks nourished. It's easy to use. Takes no time at all to use on my face. I am also using in spot areas like my hand, knees, ankle, feet. I would recommend.

We purchased this item at the airport in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The people who were demonstrating the effectiveness of this product along with other skin care products were very knowledgeable and we were very impressed. We had no intention of purchasing this device and the accessories but after listening to the benefits and seeing a drastic difference in our skin integrity we felt it was a good investment in our future of skin care and the aging progress. Excited to see what the future holds without the need for Botox, fillers, and plastic surgery!

Ariel is great at what he does!
What was a chance encounter moving through the airport in Cabo became a whole experience. I met Ariel!!!! Now if you knew him, that would be enough. But let me explain. Ariel is an absolute joy! He’s an experience by himself. And here I was thinking that I was going to just get some new cosmetic products. I got so much more! Ariel is honest, loving, and amazing at what he does. And you can tell he loves what he does. And we are now connected forever because he not only sold me products but warmed my heart. Now I have not tried every product just yet because I’ve been still traveling but THEY WORK and you can see visible results after 1st use, so I can only imagine what consistency will provide.

I purchased a Jupiter Spacetouch device and it arrived defective. The blue light will not stay on more than two to thirty seconds. I registered it a submitted a claim against the lifetime warranty and the company doesn't respond at all. There seems to be no way to call them/no customer service, which is kind of outrageous at this price point.I thought I had had an amazing firsthand experience with the device at a store, but now am questioning that because even the red light seems to have no visible impact. Questioning... the company and the product.

Today I had some difficulty using Space Touch Reviver. I actually thought it was broken and started to complain because the sprayer was not working properly. My mistake! I called the number on my receipt and the young woman answered named Shar. She was absolutely amazing. She explained everything to me. First, we discussed the issue at length and she felt the device was not broken. Then she suggested we should FaceTime each other so that she could show me step by step how to use the machine properly. Shar is an excellent teacher. She showed me exactly what I was doing wrong and now I can use the machine with confidence. I am truly grateful for Shar’s expertise. WOW…Spacetouch Reviver for pain with amazing results!
Yesterday I returned from Cancun Mexico. It was a 4 hour flight to New York with a 3 hour layover, then a quick hour and a half flight to Toronto, followed by a three and a half car ride home. In past trips this was considered a trip from hell. I have osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disease throughout my vertebrae, and only recently got diagnosed with severe spinal canal stenosis to my L4-5...this has led to other complications. I am meeting a back specialist next month to hopefully discuss back surgery. I haven't had a good night's sleep in over 20 years (I'm presently 59), and find it difficult to sit for more than a 1/2 hour without extreme back pain. All this to say, that prior to my departure from Cancun airport I was met by a vendor selling Spacetouche’s product. I always believe these vendors to be somewhat sketchy, but allowed this vendor to use the Spacetouch Reviver over my stenosis. After five minutes of treatment with Voltaren applied over the head of the SpaceTouch Reviver, I was asked to walk around and report any changes. I noticed some tingling, but not enough to buy the product. When he told me the product sold for $10000, but was willing to give me a discount, bringing the cost to $4500, there was no way I would commit to that price knowing nothing more about the product. I did take a picture of the product, and thought to myself...a) if I do benefit from this treatment, I could just go home and order directly from Spacetouch, and b) there was no way this product was selling for what he was suggesting. Well let me tell you, I had the most comfortable return trip of my life...no lower back pain to speak of. Once home, I immediately looked up their website. That was the moment I almost pooped my pants. The asking price was listed as $13 500. I would never have considered that asking price as I don't have that kind of money, but having benefited the way I did, I was willing to reconsider. What I didn't understand was the discrepancy between the vendor’s $4500 and the $135000. This morning I contacted the company to see if they ever offered promotions comparable to the ones Cancun vendors offered, or if they ever provide coupons. I explained I was willing to possibly negotiate a more suitable price as I am not able to afford the asking price. Shar reached out to me after having read about my experience, and was a delight to speak to. I will definitely be one of the company's best spokespeople with a true testimonial of what their product offered me that day.Rob

New Space Touch Usets
My wife & I are new to the Space Touch Devices as we have both the Reviver Model and the Atlas. We have just started using the Atlas as we are still in our first week. What we experienced already is an amazing difference we feel on the face and neck. We are both in our late 60’s and are excited about the various program modes that will aid us for a healthier body. It is so incredibly simple to use and extremely relaxing as well. The Customer Service is excellent and are in constant contact with you. 2 Thumbs up from our experience!!

Biggest mistake of my life
As I was heading to my flight a month ago in Cancun, 15 min till boarding, Salesperson Omad and his associate pulled my husband and I into their kiosk "Morena Mia Beauty" and applied lotions and a IR-Red light laser. The results were kinda miraculous on my forehead and neck. Their gimmick is to apply and sell tightener under eyes for hundreds of dollars. When he said the price, $7500 for the laser ($10,000 online) I do not know what came over me. Trustpilot reviews were good, I was in a hurry, I want to look good as I age, and mostly I wanted to get outta there and not disappoint the pushy salesperson. I did not even have $100 to spend on that, let alone $7500. It makes me sick. And then he added $1200 in tax last minute, saying I would get it back. Later I find out I'll only get a portion of it back. We will see if that happens. And does my skin look better after using laser 3x/week and the lotions he included for "free" ? NO. I look worse :( After leaving their kiosk a salesman from another kiosk tried to grab me to sell very similar extremely expensive products! Its a very high pressure sales atmosphere as you wait for your plane. I see now based on reviews elsewhere that I could have bargained the price down to half. And several Spacetouch Reviver lasers, same as mine, have been offered on Poshmark for months at prices $1000-$2000. I asked Omad if I would ever need anything else to go with the laser. He said no. But it turns out, there are ampoules and other light heads to purchase, to fully utilize the laser. He tried to sell me these a few days later when I texted him with concerns. Im not sure Ill ever get over the guilt of being taken in by this
