Exactly as expected
This is exactly as advertised. Quality of materials is excellent, ease of assembly was amazing (took me 10 minutes, solo and km 5’3”). Size was exact, fits my small space. Very comfortable to sit on, I love that it opened halfway as a lounge (perfect for watching a show on or using a lap top) and I love the color. I will definitely be using a memory foam topper when it’s used by a guest for sleeping because as all the reviews state, it’s super firm and not the most comfortable bed. Also, it’s perfect for what I need.

Couch is great, delivery was bad.
Couch is great: easy to put together and looks great. Firm seating, as expected but a great piece for our small space.Delivery process was rough: truck arrived almost 5 hours after the delivery window with zero communication, tying up my entire day. I had to call twice to try to get a status and waited on hold for a long time each time: was promised a status call back the first time, which didn’t happen. Finally when I called the second time, I was told that there was a paperwork issue so they skipped me but they’d get to me in an hour. Seemed like a text or call to let me know would have been so easy.

Very happy with this purchase
Delivery time was as promised and I paid to have the Alure sofa bed put together and set up; which all happened fast.The yellow color is wonderful (very 'happy') - it pushed me to be a little adventurous and it brightens the room. The sofa is solid and firm; I bought the mattress topper to soften it a little if guests prefer to sleep on a less firm surface. Overall it is a nice solution for my extra room. Used to have a queen bed in there which took up a lot of space without being used much. It is now real easy to transform the room into a guest room.

This Chair and Spaze Deliver!
The quality and shipping were great. The quality of the fabric and actual structure of the chair did not disappoint. Functions of the chair are perfect. Shipping was extremely fast and everything arrived safely. The color (yellow) was beautiful too - not screaming just warm and easy to work with.

Haven’t received my sofa bed yet
Haven’t received my sofa bed yet. However, the service I’ve received, over the phone, has been outstanding. Before purchasing I had several questions and the representative had all the answers. She was kind and well educated on their products. I look forward to receiving the sofa bed. Will post another review once my sofa bed arrives and gets setup.

The scheduling and delivery experience was the best I've ever had. They were responsive and exceedingly polite. As for the product, I am blown away by the quality and how great it looks in the space where I needed it. I have kids who come stay often and having a compact size couch that unfolds to a full size bed is just what I needed. I will continue to shop at Spaze for space saving quality furniture.

Challenging assembly
Assembly was very difficult. The illustrations are confusing and the video is not nearly as detailed as necessary. It took over 2 hours to assemble incorrectly then we had to take it completely apart and plan to start over.We left it alone overnight and will give it a go again this morning.Second try wasn't more successful. I called the help number and they referred me to the written directions that I already used and the video that wasn't very helpful. They also suggested a Task Rabbit helper. I hired one and in about 20 minutes he had the bed up and looking great. I am changing the stars to 3 because the sofa bed matches my size criteria, looks good, and is comfortable. The assembly and support system are poor.
