I appreciate an informed Customer Service Representative
I do so appreciate the fact that as soon as I called and explained my situation. 63 yrs of age, bone loss, ready for 17 extractions and dentures and or implants. I already chose a plan for a 1 day dental plan. He explained everything I asked about. He even sent an electronic copy of dentist's within 30 miles of me. Enough information to even request an appointment. Spirit Core PPO, Policy # and all. Then... the first 3, I actually spoke with. Only do children's teeth. I am now in limbo, waiting for three different dentist offices to return my calls. I still need to know who I contact about getting impressions and dentures or implants. Do you supply me with the names of approved places to do these dental procedures? Are any of those services covered by my policy, or do I need additional insurance? I would truly appreciate a response. Thank you

Standalone dental policy with…
Standalone dental policy with comprehensive for Medicare social security seniors it took me a little bit to compare between a couple of different companies and spirit seem to be the way to go but I think they should consider a little more of an à la carte option for seniors some have advantage plans and already have hearing or vision I don't think we need to have duplicate hearing maybe duplicate vision just my opinion. And with the way that some of the advantage PPO plans are being written some only give you preventative dental leaving us to have to pay more money than what the government already takes from us but that's a story for another day. This will be my first time with Spirit mental and I would be willing to give updated review at a later date once I have used the insurance thank you
