Bought a pair of adidas terrex in January, however last month they were leaking so I contacted sport shoe, they were amazing! Arranged to have the shoes picked up to have them checked out for faults, they replaced my shoes within the week for a new pair and were always contacting me to give me an update, fantastic company and will buy form them again 👍
Don’t buy from them they sold me faulty shoes and despite accepting they are unfit for purpose sold for have not refunded money on return, they make excuses they have to await delivery after sending back, then so many days for refund, then you have to accept another item, then on day they promised refund - a Friday- you have to wait another 3-5 working days. Outrageous behaviour you’d expect from a shady business not a reputable company, so since they sell the same goods at the same price as elsewhere, just buy elsewhere, save yourself weeks of argument and hassle. They behave like this because they can, they take your money immediately on order before delivery, but hold on to it for weeks - 15 working days, not days, working days, returned 28/6, promised refund by - yes by- 16/7, now it’s to be 23/7, 20 working days, 26 calendar days. They think they are clever and powerful, you show them by boycotting this disreputable bunch. Absolutely disgusting. They should be forced off the market by the serious fraud office.
