Poor build quality
Had nothing but issues with the F31. The base board cracked in half and had the company send me a new one. Now the sub frame has broken in half and company won’t help as it’s just out of warranty. The metal is so thin on the subframe it is no wonder if cracked in multiple places. Poorly designed for something that is made to have body weight impact go through it. I would not recommend this product at all.

Avoid the company they are awful
Avoid the company they are awful no honesty. In January 2021 I bought a CX2 cross trainer, SX500 Speedbikeand HGX100 Smith machine, This arrived damaged however on initial contact the company seemed apologetic and would send areplacement arm in the post.It never arrived I chased the missing part and they stated there were none available due to covid.I kept chasing and after a year of waiting and 5 delivery dates passed with no sign of the replacement part arriving. I asked for a refund. This has been refused 3 times. The latest reason given by Tom Peterson and Jessica Clarke was due to the length of time that has passed despite the company agreeing at the time of delivery the item was defective and has never been fir for purpose.I visited friends in German who called on the helpline they have in Germany. They confirmed a refund was possible but only Tom Peterson could authorise and needless to say he does not respond to emails. On 20.9.2022 I received an email from Jessica Clarke stating the part will be sent out at the end of this week a refund is not possible.Needless to say the part has not arrived.

ban sportstech from the UK
These cowboys should be banned from trading to the uk.they're claiming that brexit is responsible for they're slow/non responses. Why is it then you can order from autodoc/ebay/ VW with no issues? clearly nothings wrong with the couriers and clearly not brexit.this service is pathetic.it hurts germany. as germany has a reputation for creating solidly engineered stuff.german engineering is rated as top stuff. but sportstech has it in the toilet. every review is a breakage.

Horrific, Diabolical, Annoying, Appalling "Service"
Held off reviewing until I received my 100%refund!! Horrendous experience and appalling after-sales service by German parent company. Firstly it took 4 months to receive the ordered rowing machine. The machine broke 4 months after purchase, I tried to repair it (unsuccessfully) with webcast instructions from a German technician , and eventually Sportstech agreed to refund 100% of the purchase price but conditional on returning the rowing machine at their cost by courier. 2 scheduled collections from a UK address just did not happen!!! and as a gesture of goodwill Sportstech Germany agreed to refund 50% 9 (YES NINE) months after reporting the machine was broken. Collection was subsequently delayed as I went abroad for 3months, but the machine was eventually collected (unbelievably not scheduled!!) at the end of February 22. Still experiencing huge inefficiencies and miscommunications with the numerous so-called "customer service" operatives, I received initially the wrong refund balance a month after collection of the machine and only received the final payment completing the refund today; some 14.5 months ( YES fourteen and a half months) after reporting the machine was broken. DO NOT DEAL WITH SPORTSTECH- a very frustrating, hugely inefficient and annoying experience. I estimate some 75 emails were exchanged!! Note I can only record this review on Sportstech's UK "account" with Trustpilot as I cannot find one in Germany. Hopefully it will be passed to their German parent.

Steer clear, unless you like chasing for refunds
Yep, pay heed to all the one-star reviews here, please.Ordered a crosstrainer in April 2021, finally delivered in August after huge amounts of chasing and threatening charge backs - the item finally arrived, with a huge gash down the plastic and pieces that wouldn't fit together. It was very obviously someone else's return. They finally agreed to collect the item in October, but no promise of a refund until it was received - but no indication of when that would happen. More delays, then they refunded in full. It's now March 2022 and it's still sitting in my house uncollected, so incredibly glad I was able to force a full refund.Do NOT touch these people. Expensive, shady customer care practices, and shocking quality control.

Customer service is so bad it is letting the company down
My rowing machine has broken after a year and I have been trying to get in touch with customer services. They responded once with a really unhelpful email which took a week. I have had to reply again and so far it has been 10 days with no reply.

If I could give this company 0 stars I…
If I could give this company 0 stars I would… They have the most atrocious customer service and never get back to you. I was delivered a broken running machine which I paid a lot of money for. The machine was bought to help my mum get her fitness back following her cancer treatment. As it was broken my Mum has not been able to use it and has negatively impacted her health, They did not reply to my emails when I let them know the machine was broken and would never return my calls even though I pleaded with them. When I received a response they advised that because of Brexit they would not be able to pick up the running machine due to being charged import fees. I was asked to obtain quotes from mechanics and they would pay for the repair. When I finally managed to find a mechanic they again did not reply. This is the worst company I have ever come across and I would advise AVOIDING AT ALL COSTS.I am so disappointed with their product and feel sad that my Mum has had to endure this ordeal through her chemotherapy and treatment.

Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. We bought a treadmill that cost nearly £1,000 that only lasted 10 months.Six months later we are still waiting for a replacement and the company refuse to give us a refund. Customer service is appalling despite constant chasing you receive the same fob off emails and excuses.

Would give 0 stars if I could
Would give 0 stars if I could. Sent me a faulty machine, when I returned for a replacement they sent me THE SAME FAULTY MACHINE BACK. Complete joke of a company avoid like the plague.

Not that good a quality
Unfortunately, I have to agree with all recent reviews. The quality is just not there. Our Crosstrainer broke within a few weeks and the multigym is only suitable for people before 5 foot 9. We have been plagued with creaks and clunks. I can see that the bolts and nuts are very cheap quality, which has led to a number of issues, they come packed like all Chinese assembly parts, so guess what, the parts are cheap chinese crap.

Expensive unreliable equipments and appalling customer service experience
Please, prevent yourself from suffering the same fate as a lot of dissatisfied customer like myself ( see the number of 1 rated red stars, it is not a coincidence that it is that high especially in the last 6 months) The customer service journey I experienced when the expensive-for-nothing equipment had a fault was frustrating to say the least and because I was an overseas customer, I think made the treatment I experienced even worse. Their strategy seems to be, to wear you down with countering email messages with frustrating response of their own until you give up and move on. Please, if you don't live on Germany think hard before you decide to buy.

Shocking service…
Hi I took delivery of a exercise bike and i will say the bike is good. After a few months the crank nuts (where the pedal shaft attaches to the bike) came loose. I requested that they send me 2-10mm x 1mm pitch nuts and sent a photograph of the nuts, that cant be so hard can it? And about 8 e mails laterAfter 10 days they sent me 2- 8mm set pins. After several more e mails and another 10 days they sent me some nuts and washers but not what i asked for. i just want 2- 10mm nuts, So eventually i asked for a partial refund and i will do the repair myself which they agreed to. A shocking response over 2 nuts.

Avoid at all costs
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I ordered a bike in early July. After weeks of chasing for a delivery I finally asked them to cancel the order as I no longer wanted to wait for it.I was told I would get a refund once the courier company had processed the refund. Numerous emails and complaints later and 2 months since I originally purchased this item, I still have not received a refund and get given the same generic replies from customer service every time I query this. I have had to dispute this transaction with my bank to try and get a refund. Please avoid this company at all costs, I wish I had read these reviews before buying from them.

Awful company! Avoid, avoid, avoid
Awful company!! I ordered a cross trainer from this company last June thinking they were UK based but after sales, I have emailed for OVER a year as the bolt sent to couple the left arm does not fit. I have not been able to use a cross trainer I bought AT ALL!! I sent an email in March and after couple of weeks was sent a reply with fake tracking number which to my surprise never really worked. I contacted them again and was informed the part I need is unavailable and to wait until July-end. I have not heard from them again. This is a fraudulent company and I am surprised that Amazon allows them to sell on their website. Do not waste your time or money on them.
