5/5 Stars!
I would first like to mention that I was introduced to StartVerge through Kelsey during one of her TikTok Live sessions. At the time, I was actively searching for a GLP-1 provider that allowed patients to pay out-of-pocket without requiring insurance. Kelsey provided incredibly helpful information during her live stream, including clear details about both the one-month and three-month pricing options without requiring me to dig through the website myself. While StartVerge is a newer company, which may cause hesitation for some, I personally have 110% confidence that this will be the last company I will need to work with for my GLP-1 treatment. There are several key positives that truly stand out.First and most importantly, they genuinely put YOU first. Their team clearly cares about their patients and takes the time to ensure everything is medically appropriate for your individual situation. It is obvious that their goal is to make sure you are placed on the right track for success.Second is their customer service, which is absolutely essential when working with patients who may be dealing with sensitive and often self-conscious health concerns, as I am. Their response times are extremely quick, and I was even able to speak directly with my doctor by phone on a Saturday. That level of availability and dedication speaks volumes.Another positive is their pricing. StartVerge offers very competitive pricing compared to other GLP-1 providers I researched. I would highly recommend checking their website for the most up-to-date pricing options.Lastly, their website provides a very clear and detailed explanation of how the entire process works. The intake forms were straightforward and easy to complete, which made the onboarding experience smooth and stress-free.In full transparency, there is only one area I would consider a minor opportunity for improvement. The website can occasionally feel a bit glitchy, though it is still fully usable. In the future, it would be great to see either improvements to the site or possibly a dedicated mobile app. Features like Face ID login for iPhone users could also simplify the process and remove the need for two-step authentication.Overall, that is honestly the only con I can think of after my first week with StartVerge. If I could give them six stars, I absolutely would. Keep up the great work, Verge. And from my future self:“Thank you, Verge, for helping me take the first step toward saving my life. Without your help, I may not have been able to make the healthy life changes I am now beginning.”

My initial impressions of this company…
My initial impressions of this company are mixed. Ordering was generally easy, though I did encounter an issue where the payment page did not reflect the discounted price. Fortunately, my credit card was charged correctly, but this is a glitch they should address, as it could cause customers to hesitate or abandon their purchase out of concern they’ll be overcharged.Another area of concern is dosing transparency. Their titration schedule is set at 2.2 mg, 4.4 mg, 6.6 mg, 8.8 mg, 11 mg, 13.2 mg, and 15 mg. While I don’t necessarily object to this structure, the increase from 12.5 mg to 13.2 mg is less than 1 mg, and this change was not discussed with me. I believe a physician should consult with patients when dose increases are this minimal.Additionally, there is no information provided about what the medication is compounded with, nor are patients given any options. I personally prefer B6, but there was no opportunity to choose.Pricing is reasonable at $720 for a three-month supply—neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. On a positive note, turnaround time has been excellent; my prescription reached the pharmacy in under 24 hours. While I do have several red flags and concerns, I’m willing to give the company a chance and see how things progress.UPDATE: I received medication today(Wednesday). Very prompt being that my script went to pharmacy. Product came cold and packaged very nicely, much nicer than I’ve experienced from any other telehealth. BUDs are 10 months out. So far so good. I actually will not be starting these meds for a few weeks and I will update.

Professional Platform with Notable Limitations
This review is accurate based on my personal experience as a customer.Pros:• Competitive pricing with no hidden fees, no shipping fees, and no extra charge for physician review• Shipping has been reliable and the sign-up process is straightforward• The telehealth platform is convenient to use from home• Staff have been professional when I’ve contacted them• Privacy and security appear to be maintainedAreas for improvement:• Payment is required before completing the questionnaire• The platform can be glitchy and not always user-friendly• The overall process is not clearly explained upfront• Communication is limited to the portal, and responses can sometimes be unclear or incomplete• Dose adjustments are limited, and instructions submitted through the portal are sometimes not followed with clear guidance on next steps. For example, if you order monthly and want to change your dose, despite indicating the change on the reorder form, it is ignored. You must contact them prior to reorder a different dose. This was not communicated anywhere on the site. In essence, they will not change the dose even if the pharmacy agrees to change it based on your notes on the reorder form. You are stuck with the dose!• Delivery timelines are not clearly communicated, and updates are minimal until shipment. More consistent training across the support team and clearer instructions before ordering—especially outlining these scenarios—would significantly improve the overall experience.

Outstanding
Amazing! This is my third Telehealth company and I’m pretty sure, the last. I first place my order during the holidays, right around the 1st of the year.. forgetting that everyone places orders for the new year/new you time of year. The Verge pharmacies were swamped and it took a bit to get my medication. What was amazing was the honest and frequent communications I had from Verge throughout my wait. From day one, I was met with professionalism and assurance that I was well cared for. Then my medication arrived… you guys, gorgeous packaging, thoughtful information included and safely packed, like I have never seen with past companies. I’ve personally owned several companies outside of this, these people know what they are doing! I’ve also heard their medication is very VERY effective!! I am so excited! Thank you to everyone at StartVerge.com And for the people considering this journey, the sooner you get started the sooner you too will get to experience what I’m talking about. xxCaroline

This Telehealth GLP-1 company requires…
This Telehealth GLP-1 company requires YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION (and additional personal info) BEFORE you answer their required questionnaire. I filled out their online questionnaire at 1am on Jan 19. I received an email at 8:41am my Trizepitide was ordered and in process of being filled. I noticed they put my order in for the wrong dosage which was a low "starting dosage". I've been on Mounjaro 15mg for year and sent them a picture of my prescription. (Unfortunately, I accidentally answered one questions incorrectly which is why StartVerge ordered me the wrong dosage.) So I tried to contact them to correct the dosage. I called their customer service number and it went straight to voicemail and I had to leave a message for someone to call me back. (I received a call back a few hours later which resulted in the clinical representative hanging up on me! )Before I received the above-mentioned phone call I spent hours online texting thru their online portal to resolve the problem with one of their customer service reps, but to no avail. They told me according to their TERMS OF SERVICE once an order is sent to their compounding pharmacy, they could NOT change or correct the order AND they could not and would not refund my money. All sales were final. Obviously I was outraged. They planned to bill me for a medication dosage that was 5 times lower than what I have been prescribed thru my doctor... and have me start from the bottom of the dosage scale (at 5mg) and work my way back up to my normal dosage of 15mg five months from now? Ummm...that's a NO!They FINALLY agreed (via text) to refund me my money ($576) back to my credit card only on the condition that I would agree to never be a patient of theirs again! How am I the bad guy in this scenario? Moral of the story:1) If a company insists on your credit card number BEFORE YOU CAN VIEW THEIR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AND VIEW THE PRICE THEY CHARGE FOR THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.... RUN!!2) When people (or even a business) shows you who they are, BELIEVE THEM. ~Maya Angelou~3) BUYER BEWARE!!Folks, the Telehealth GLP market is a competitive one. DO YOUR RESEARCH. And stay away from STARTVERGE!
