I ordered a piece of furniture from their website in September 2023. After back and forth 6 months later, they continue to tell me it is on a container in the ocean and offered a refund. I accepted the refund; 1 month later still no refund and will not answer my messages. So shady
In late August 2021 I placed an order on their website for a $1400 dresser. I have never received it, nor an email or notice of any kind. I looked up the order on their website a few days ago and it shows Paid and Fulfilled in December 2021. So they took my money, delivered nothing, communicated nothing and have not responded to any of my emails. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I bought a rug from Stephanie Cohen Home. My first purchase from them. The rug arrived quickly, yeah! But it has a number of quality issues. The size wasn’t accurate and there are snags throughout. I emailed their customer service including photos and have not received any response. 😞 It cost over $250 so nervous I was scammed.
