First Five is a useful guide for creating memorable first impressions that increase the potential of your relationships to become long-lasting and mutually beneficial. The book is both succinctly written yet generous with practical real-world examples, which are relatable to almost anyone. The most important information in the book is fed to the reader in the form of acronyms, which makes it very easy to remember. I found the tips in the book to not be overly demanding and quite easy to incorporate into everyday life. I highly recommend it to anyone who seeks to improve their social skills.
