Terrible turn around time. Stickerapp made the exact order and had it to my door in half the time. ANDDD they came from Germany.

They won’t stay on container!
The labels turned out well, unfortunately they do not stick even after wiping the container down with alcohol. Very disappointing.

suspected AI reps slowing everything down
The first few times I ordered from Stickerapp were good but this latest time was actual hell. The customer service was terrible and it was a struggle to make the representatives actually do their job at all. They took an insanely long time for each reply, locking me in for weeks before they could begin production. I began to suspect the representative was AI when they repeatedly failed to attach a quote to the email even though they claimed to. They only began to speed up and give more cooperative responses after I asked them to switch me to a human representative, although they claimed that they were human all along.

The good is the stickers are very nicely done. The bad is while waiting for sticker sample to arrive, I looked into another company and ordered samples from them and their samples arrived days before yours even shipped. I’m just worried turnaround time would take too long especially on reorders.

Good but not what expected
The stickers are shiny as ordered but the color didn’t come out as strong as expected. I would order different next time knowing what this looked like.

Sticker App has the best and most…
Sticker App has the best and most comprehensive sample pack out of the 5 companies I ordered from. Not only do they have options I haven’t seen anywhere else (Matte Mirror which is amazing!!!) but it comes with full color swatches for each material that list the CMYK values so you can make sure your designs come out EXACTLY how you want/expect. And they have a tool to upload your designs and see them as they would look in each material. I plan to place a full order as soon as I’m done updating the CMYK values of my logo to reflect the amazing glow from the swatch. It’s going to be beautiful!

I had ordered stickers where the…
I had ordered stickers where the words/lettering should have been holographic but the came with just the border as holographic. The day they landed I emailed the support email to see if I could get them reprinted, they never replied nor saw an email Someone reached out after leaving a review on here and they had taken care of the issue by sending a reprint with the lettering holographic, I put 3 stars because they did reprint and ship the correct ones to me, free of charge, but the original issue made it stay in the middle

The whole process was very simple and straightforward. Customer service was also incredible! Usually cant get ahold of anyone at companies or when you do, they usually dont care or help... but at sticker app, they were awesome at helping me with a couple questions. Shipping was quick as well. And last but certainly not least, was the stickers themselves... they are so nicely made, extremely high quality! Definitely my go to place for stickers
