I loved the way the auction was very good and reliable, at first I was afraid that it was a scam but I risked it and no. storage treasures are real and reliable ai 10 out of 10. the only thing I did not like very much is customer service by call sient that they have to improve more

12 hours isn't enough time to do what you have to do when your sick & disabled. Lost a unit bid because my nurse never transfered funds & by the time she got back to me it was too late. A friend's family member lost all their deceased families stuff. Nobody could help.

I'm new to this so, so far, they have been awesome.
I bought a unit which was cool. But now my account is suspended and have no idea why and no one from customer service is getting back with me.
The free unit I was offered was taken away from me. Public Storage staff said the unit was already cleaned out and I couldn't have it. I will not purchase a Public Storage unit again. The restrictions they place on units and pickup times is punitive. Awful.
