Ordered a Christmas present for my brother on December 13th, didn't ship until December 24th, and didn't arrive until January 2nd. No tracking information the whole time and no email saying it was delivered either. Yeah, based on most other people's reviews of this site, I wouldn't recommend buying from them. They give automated support as well instead of human support.
Three weeks later and still no order received. Customer support appears to be real people masquerading as bots, not answering questions or answering questions I never asked. No explanation or apology for the delays and simply stating back to me tracking information I already had. Complete waste of time contacting ‘support’. Last time I buy any Rhino product directly. Judging by my and others experience, this is worthy music company whose good reputation is being utterly let down by its shop. Appalling service.
Ordered a deluxe box months in advance of release date. Order did not ship out until after release date. I should have ordered from Amazon. I would have received date of release. Contacted Rhino for update - no response other than two automated emails indicating they were busy and shipping service was delayed. Avoid.
I ordered three records and only received two. I have emailed Rhino three times but just get the same generic email reply. It's been two weeks now and nothing from them. I thought this was a large reputable company, I feel that I have been scammed here and am extremely disappointed. BEWARE!!

I was completely scammed by this company!!!I spent over $250 on records and received only 1 of the 5 records I ordered. I have never truly been scammed by a company until now.
Recommended. Customer Services did resolve my matter by giving me a partial refund on some items I had ordered.Much appreciated.. !!Will buy from again.
Rip off store. Ordered a hard to find CD, 7 days later after reaching out to "support" for 3 days, I get an email saying, "sorry we're delayed unfortunately, here's a 10% coupon for next time." GTFO.
