If I could give less than one star, I would.First of all, the WhatsApp support is completely useless. They either don’t respond at all, or when they finally do, the only answer you get is: “Don’t worry, I will check” or “Wait, let me check…” — with no proper follow-up or resolution.I purchased a 12-month membership, yet the expiry date in my account shows only 6 months. When I raised this issue on WhatsApp, their response was simply: “Don’t worry.” No explanation, no correction, no written confirmation — just “don’t worry.”When I finally had the opportunity to explain my concerns, instead of addressing the actual problem, they had the audacity to question my tone simply because I said that if they couldn’t deliver what was promised, they should cancel the membership and issue a refund. That is a completely reasonable request, not disrespectful.It has now been three days since I purchased the membership. I still have not received what I paid for, the expiry date issue remains unresolved, and I am no longer getting any response.This feels extremely unprofessional and misleading. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.

I was excited to try Stream4K, but unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great. The streaming quality is inconsistent sometimes it works fine, but other times, the video buffers a lot or drops to a lower resolution, even with a strong internet connection.I also reached out to customer service for help, but the support wasn’t very responsive or helpful. It took a long time to get a reply, and the troubleshooting steps didn’t really solve the issue.I think Stream4K has potential, but right now, it needs improvements in both performance and customer support. Hopefully, they work on these issues because a smoother streaming experience would make a big difference!
