I found out about StreetCrafter from a friend of mine who recommended I try them out to launch my own brand. Overall super impressed with the printing quality and customer support. I was having some issues with formatting my gang sheet, and they provided assistance to help me get it right. They also have a free community you can join and it has a bunch of helpful courses available to help you launch your brand. So glad I ran into this company, I'll be a customer for life!

Just got the package. The quality was top notch, super soft, the garment and the way it was done was superb. The only issue I have in the future was the pricing, specially I have to consider the shipping and import fees to Canada. And to mention, I was the first in Canada. The size as well is a little bit smaller but I will just size up so its not a problem on your end. But overall I was amazed with your product. All the best to you and God bless you more.

I found out about Streetcrafter from one of John Santos’s YouTube videos. I’ve known about DTF printing for years, but didn’t think it would work for me. I own a small car apparel brand. I mainly silkscreen, but I’ve always liked the idea of having prints ready to go at a moment’s notice.That’s when I placed my first order from Streetcrafter. I was surprised with their fast shipping & simple website.When I pressed my first Streetcrafter DTF sheet, I wasn’t very impressed because I could still feel the print on the t-shirt & got disappointed.So I gave the print a second press. Wow!There was a HUGE difference from the first pass. It felt so much better & the print sunk deeper into the fabric. It felt softer & looked incredible.I ran some wash/dry tests & the print held up.That’s when a light went off in my head.I made a new full-color design & went back on the StreetCrafter website & ordered a new roll just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. I posted the full-color printed t-shirts on my car IG page & instantly got some sales & began shipping t-shirts out the same day I received my second order. The whole process was super fast & easy.My entire workflow has changed now.I can design something, send it to their gangsheet generator, get the prints in the mail, open it, press it, ship it. DONE!It still blows me away how easy the entire process is from start to finish now.Streetcrafter’s prices are affordable with lots of room for profit. Even without being a PLUG Member, you can still make good money even from 1 gangsheet. You can also press onto almost any fabric or garment. I use thick cotton t-shirts since my brand is tailored towards car enthusiasts who work on their cars, but no matter what fabric I use, their DTF prints hold up in every wash/dry test.Note #1:You might lose some contrast when pressing DTF prints. In order to remedy this, I recommend adding some extra contrast to your art before ordering, this way it’ll maintain its vibrancy.Note #2:Follow the heat press temps suggested on their site if you’re using a heat press. My heat press broke, so I bought a Cricut heat press that works surprisingly well for these DTF prints.These are the temps I use for the Cricut heat press:315 degrees for 15 seconds using back & forth motions.Wait for it to cool & peel the clear sheet slowly. Place a parchment sheet on the design & press again for 315 degrees for 15 more seconds. Firm pressure is recommended for both passes.Make sure you let the prints cool down, otherwise some parts of the DTF print might not peel cleanly. I bought a USB-C powered handheld air cooler that reduced my wait time significantly.Note #3:Vectorize your art or make sure it’s very crisp, especially if you’re doing a big print. Whatever you send Streetcrafter, they will print, this includes blurry images. So make sure your art is clean!Note #4:Try to break up your design a little bit because if you don’t, you’ll feel it more on the garment. Also, bigger solid designs with no breakup can make you more prone to sweat wherever the design is placed.Note #5:SOMETIMES, after pressing their DTF sheet, you may get a few clear “specks” on your design. I’m not sure what causes this, but most of them go away after a second pass with a heat press. This is rare & fine with me as I often do free giveaways for my brand.Note #6:Nobody wants to see digital mock-ups, they want to see real products. The majority of my sales have been from pics of physical merch. This reignited the fire in me by wanting to take more pics for my brand since I don’t have to waste time silkscreening anymore.Since the whole Streetcrafter process has been so effortless, I’ve been able to go from my full-time job to a part-time job just by using their DTF sheets. It’s wild how much you can grow from a single source like Streetcrafter. It’s truly been a game changer for me.I’ve eliminated most of my silkscreen, vinyl, & sublimation equipment. I’ve also simplified my studio into labeled drawers. Whenever I get a sale, I open a drawer, pull out the design I need, press it, ship it the same day, & get paid. Fantastic!I recently had a Streetcrafter DTF roll stolen from a UPS truck. I was mad because the roll had prints for a new design I was going to launch. I reached out to Streetcrafter & spoke to Medin, who was extremely helpful. He’s a fellow entrepreneur who understood & took care of my situation. I recommend becoming a Streetcrafter PLUG Member. I’ve ordered a lot of products from Streetcrafter & I’m a PLUG Member myself, therefore, Medin was able to help me out much faster than an average customer.I want to say thank you to Streetcrafter for creating a DTF brand that filled a huge gap in the market.Give Streetcrafter a try to see what works for you & your brand.I hope this review finds you well on your creative journey and helps make you some extra money.

I spent $80+ on prints from this company in high hopes of being able to do business with them long term and sad to say my hopes were deferred. :( When my package arrived, there were holes in both ends of the tubing and it was dented but was left outside my front door. When I brought it inside to inspect my products, they were MISSING!!!!!! I immediately took pictures and emailed them to Streetcrafter because none of (15) the prints were inside. I waited for a response and was told I needed to file a claim with USPS as the type of shipment I paid for came with $100 insurance. When I went to the USPS site to file a claim, it came up as "No tracking information found". I was astonished as I checked and rechecked the information Streetcrafter provided to me. I sent another email to them stating there is no record of my shipment and I needed results from them since I was the customer taking a loss of my money and the products I purchased. When I received a response from Yara Ruiz, she stated damaged/missing packages was a known issues with the USPS and she was sorry for my mishap. This really ticked me off. I explained to them if you identify a known issue with one of your sub-tiers, it is YOUR (Streetcrafter's) responsibility to either stop doing business with the vendor or to file a claim on my behalf and make it right. Their response was, "I am sorry, we are taking a loss as well and can only offer you 50% off discount on other prints". At this point, I was fuming! Where is your freaking loss!!! Why would I spend more money with you with the SAME shipment type that would probably result the same way!!! I am a supply chain professional with over 30yrs experience and I know EXACTLY how the contractor/sub-vendor relationship works. The fact they do not want to own up to their responsibility should be a testament to the type of business people they are. Please do not be duped into spending money with them. If something happens to your order, they will not have the decency to make it right. But they will GLADLY take more of your hard earned money. Regards,Disgruntled Customer
