The product I wanted and ordered was apparently out of stock, so they offered to send me another product that they said I could color. The hair does not accept color. It is sealed and shades eq full processing time slid right off.

I’m very disappointed with this…
I’m very disappointed with this company. Their website said the product was in stock, but that clearly wasn’t true. After placing my order, I found out nothing ships for weeks. They advertise 5–7 day shipping, but it’s actually closer to 14–20 days, which is completely misleading. Mind you I ordered from the “LA Warehouse saying it was in stock” and it takes 5-7 days for shipping! I did NOT order hair that was NOT in stock from the LA warehouse. If it’s not in stock it needs to say “not in stock” That way the stylist can plan on the time frame for shipping. All the hair I ordered said it was in stock in the LA warehouse which clearly was not. If the company was honest about their shipping timelines and inventory, I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. Instead, I was left waiting, with no helpful updates and no clear communication. Very frustrating process .

I have been trying to contact the company multiple times about my order. I bought from this company because they have same day dispatch. They keep telling me my order has been dispatched and ignoring my other questions when it clearly says on the tracking that my order has not been received by USPS. I don’t know why it’s difficult to get a consistent answer from them. I would be happy to amend this review if I could get a straight answer from anyone.

You just can’t beat the quality
I have been wearing their extensions for years, I recently tried out a Canadian company (as I am from Canada) and had the worst experience. And ended up just rebuying from Superior , hands down the best quality. A large selection of colours. And they last forever.

Horrible service
Horrible service. I have a return I bought clip ins and color was off. Returns require you contact them but they DO NOT Reply? Buy at your own risk!!! I also have more than one order. And they DON’T reply and while their website says Chat hours are M-F 8-5pm - they Have NO Chat! Misrepresentation big time!Horrible service!!

Quality and beautiful hair!
Love my pony tail and clip in extensions. Pony tail doesn’t wrap perfectly but the hair is quality and it looks beautiful.
