Stay far away from this company
Stay far away from this company. They are a horrible business to work with. Michael used to answer our calls and help us too. Guess what? He is no longer there, but still continues to call us with a different number, representing himself as still with them, attempting to scam us by telling us we need to buy new boxes , then disappearing off the radar. No one else is ever available to answer our calls. Now all of a sudden after nine months of auto paying our bill, they shut us off with zero info on what to do. We are reporting them to Better Business Bureau and cutting our losses.. Please do not do any business with this horrible company.

As usual all companies claim best product and service support while they are attracting customers. Once they grow to a size they feel not necessary to provide same type of service any more. Entertainment Media is also one of the victim of it's own success. They are making claims and promises which they are not able to keep. Honestly stay away from present Media Entertainment. There are many products in the market, hungry enough to cut you a deal and provide better service and need not make false claims or promises

My experience with Super Media…
My experience with Super Media Communications has been very good. They have stayed true to their promises of what the service provides. I have excellent reception and total programming. Michael has become a friend because he is so helpful and honest. All in all, the service is great, inexpensive and I can watch all TV that is broadcast. Michael has excellent communication.
