Order and shipping and customer service experience
This is my initial review based on my order and initial interaction experience. 1. They claim the product is manufactured and tested in the US but then shipped back from their international warehouse (which is in China) that's b.s. my guess the product is not what they claim and made in China why they shipped from China ordered on Feb 21 just getting it today Mar 6.2. I tried several times to call the phone number nobody ever answered left a message never returned my call. It's also an AL area code the number. But their office address is in DE? Very fishy and the manufacturer in CA lol.3. I'm glad I came on here and saw the bad reviews about the VIP membership charge. So I went digging and looking and found the links at the bottom of my order invoice link that was emailed to me. I saved it and opened the email clicked view order then scrolled to the bottom and the refund policy link is there states after 90 days and reach out to them to return the product so you have day 90-120 to return it if not happy but can't ask for refund before 90 days. Read the return policy link at bottom of invoice order link.Also in the terms of service link it's states there is a trial period I'm guessing it's 30 days to cancel the VIP membership so glad I read that after reading these reviews and sent email today before they try to charge me $50 and every 30 days there after. Most probably won't read this until after they get charged that fee.Will update another review after 90 days of use to report if this product worked for me or not. Today is day 1 we will see at least I was able to send cancel vip membership before they could charge me!!!

Do not purchase! Buyer beware! This company is scamming people out of money and the product is a complete farse. I purchase a 3 pack at a sale price and then one month later was charged with a bogus $49 VIP subscription fee that is not mentioned on their website or in the order confirmation. They claim the subscription is mentioned in their terms and conditions however the terms are not available anywhere on their public facing landing page where you buy the product nor is it provided on the order confirmation. They do not answer the phone number provided and will still charge you the so called VIP fees even if you take advantage of their 90day return guarantee. Scam scam scam! Run far away.

Would not recommend at all, seems to be a complete waste of money. Beware of the terms and conditions as they will impose hidden fees and charges.

If I could give zero stars I would. Like others have mentioned, they charge you an additional $50 afterwards for vip membership. Their site gives no warning about this. Even at checkout it says the discounted price is a “SALE”. No mention of a membership. Can’t speak to the product effectiveness yet. Scam company, address in Delaware, phone number is Alabama, product ships from china. DO NOT BUY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Complete Scam. 30 days absolutely no affect. Bag I received and bag on website have differences. Maybe I got from a fake source. Mine said country of origin: India. I reached out asking for a refund and I was told I have to use for 90 days before requesting a refund, although the ad says 30 days.

No matter which option you choose to buy, they hit you with a $49.99 charge later for their so called VIP membership. They said it's in their terms of service but I looked for stuff like that but couldn't find anything. Scam.
