This place is garbage
This place is garbage. Not real canvas paintings, just computer printed on cheap paper, and even says "made in China" on the print out. We paid ~$315 for this garbage. Not even stretched, came rolled up with a cheap piece of pvc pipe with Chinese writing. I filed a complaint with the credit card company, and they sided with this garbage company in my dispute. Swallart says since I filed dispute, I can't get the 70% refund now. This is the first time I have ever been scammed like this. Also, there is no ability for people who hate their product to post about it on their website. The manipulate the heck out of the reviews on their website. I am reporting them to the SEC, CPB, and FCC. Place is utter garbage.

They are a scam
I purchased what I thought was a Maldives Island canvas. The purchase price was $139.99. When I finally received the package and opened it up I was stunned to see what looked like a computer printed hazy picture. The quality looked nothing like it did online. I asked for a refund. After going back and forth via email I was only issued a partial refund. I sent the picture back because there was no way I wanted that trash on my walls. That was in Oct of 2021. Imagine my surprise when today, July 28, 2022, I received the package back!The picture had made it to the warehouse butThey didn’t even want that piece of trash back. Seriously? Stay away from this scam of a company

If you want a cheap piece of canvas printout rolled up and mailed to you for a 300 dollar price tag.. this is the place..Cheap canvas printout with no customer service and verifiable services. Please do not order from here

Cheap computer printed banners not Arts
We recently purchased two Swallart "paintings". The pictures ( quality) on the website and the final product that we got delivered are completely different. What appeared to be high-quality glass painting is actually abnormally priced computer-generated plastic banner prints. It looks more like a commercial banner stuck against a wooden frame. They are lightweight and cheap. We paid $255 per "painting" and I can tell that these paintings can't be more than $50 each! Stay away.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT TOOK ALMOST 3-MONTHS TO RECEIVE MY "PRINT", NOT CANVAS PAINTING THAT I PAID $370 FOR. I'VE EXCHANGED SEVERAL EMAILS WITH THEM ATTEMPTING TO RECEIVE THIS ITEM. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND WANTED TO CHARGE ME A REFUND FEE DUE NOT RECEIVING WHAT I PAID THEM FOR. I FINALLY RECEIVE A ROLLED UP PRINT, NOT CANVAS, THAT I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING WITH.

Swallart product has not been delivered
My son purchased a canvas print for Mothers Day 2021.I never received it and he has made several inquiries via email. The USPS has gotten involved. The USPS called me & my son to confirm they had the wrong address! After about the 4th/5th attempt to have the funds returned or canvas resent, Swallart refused to do either after confirming they sent out to the wrong address. Do Not Purchase Anything from Swallart. It’s almost Christmas and still no product or money refunded. Every time he inquire they say within 10 days.

I paid over $300 for a canvas print…
I paid over $300 for a canvas print from Swallart which specifically states "Ready to Hang" and I received a print rolled up in a tube!- Also the print i ordered was 24x72x1 and what they sent me is considerably smaller! So disappointed and can't get through to customer service: only a recording saying to send them an email - to that I got an auto response and have to now wait longer while they have my money already.

I am extremely dissatisfied and will not use this company again!I ordered my canvas June 29th and still have not received it. I’ve tried to find a telephone number to speak with a customer representative, you can’t. I’ve emailed them and received a very rude, and unprofessional response, and no information on where my canvas was in the process or when I could expect it. I STILL DON’T HAVE IT, but they have my money!

This is the worst experience ever from any company.. I ordered a picture on May 31st and I still have not received it.. I’ve requested my money back and nothing.. They gave me a bogus Fedx number, I reached out to Fedx and they haven’t received the picture yet as of July 30th 10:27 am eastern standard time.. I want my damn money back.. here it is August 12,2021 still no picture or money back..

Do not buy wall art from this website, they list a fault advertisement. You will get a cheap quality print art work from China. Nothing is like what they claim on their website. If you noticed that, those review are fake because a real customer like me who has bought art work from them couldn't write a review on the their website. Art work aren't come ready to hang as they claim, it's came roll up, and it's just a mass produce art work that were printed ship from China factory, website advertise "Located in USA", buyer be aware. 3D art work? none of that, instead it's just a poor quality light weight material, I know what is a high quality art work is like. 100% satisfaction guarenttee? they charge you 25% restocking fee if you want to return the product. Try to call that 1800 number, it's goes straight to voicemail because they aren't USA company.Do not fall into the trap.

they mentioned 4 to 6 weeks, it took 6 weeks,this day in age it's ridiculous.In between I ordered at least 10 different products from diff. companies and they arrived in less than half the time. there tracking device is not helpful and you cant call them by phone. With there discount they are still about 30% over compare to their competitors. The artwork is nice, but nothing that difficult to create or to much workmanship involved, for it to take so long and be overpriced. swallart might be a middleman. Overall I rate the whole experience a C.

Wish I could less than a one
Wish I could less than a one. What I received was nothing like the picture in the site. It was a dull copy on canvas. The size was incorrect. Could only communicate with the company through email and the were willing to refund. They cited the “small print” for reason they didn’t have return my money.

Unhappy, dissatisfied customer…...
I ordered a canvas back in March of this year. I'm still awaiting my order & any notification from this company regarding shipping. A shipping label was prepared in May. This company never advised that shipping was coming from China!!!Needless to say I'm an unhappy, dissatisfied customer that won't ever order from Swallart or recommend them.

Do not believe these positive reviews as they may be relatives or friends. This company is a SCAM. Please do not be fooled. Go to overstock.com, wayfair or any other reputable business. These people in Swallart are sheisters!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
If it were possible to give this company a negative rating I would. I ordered a painting in April and never heard back from them. When I finally got a response from customer service, they sent me a bogus FedEx tracking number stating the package was in a crate in California and once the crate was opened, FedEx would update the tracking. I contacted FedEx and was told that the tracking number wasn't real and that they don't open crates. I continue to go back and forth with customer service from Swallart and they are very rude.

I spent nearly $200 on a 12 x 36 inch canvas 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. There was no estimated delivery date prior to purchasing but an auto email went out saying it could take up to two month before even being shipped which would be another 2-3 weeks. The email also stated it might be even longer than that because Covid they can't have too many artists in the studio. It's just a screen print on canvas. How would this take three months? Have not been able to get ahold of anyone, requested refund, nothing. SCAM!

Bad Business Practices
Have contacted this business 3 times to ask a simple question regarding thickness of canvas. Each time I emailed and auto generated response was received, telling me someone would be in touch within 48 hours. Never happened. On the 3rd email request, I specifically said if I did not hear back from them by 04/23/21, I would submit bad reviews on websites and report the business to the BBB. BAD BUSINESS.

I ordered a canvas for $270 and this China made canvas artwork is the worst quality and most expensive canvas art that I have ever purchased. I have purchased 8 other canvas art pieces from a variety of sellers and all the sellers canvas artwork is beautiful. However, Swallart.com is completely low end garbage (made and shipped from China). I tried to get a refund and they told me that they will not give me a full refund (65% refund to be exact which is a JOKE!!!) It cost them 2$ to make in their China warehouse. Save your money, time, and future headaches and go on Amazon or CanvasFreaks to find true art and a legitimate company who cares. I purchased multiple pieces from those 2 sources and the price was more than half the cost of SwallArt.com and true professionally made pieces. SwallArt.com is scam and sends garbage for more than double the cost of other companies.
