No Accountability - Prioritizes Profits Over Safety
My dog had a natural rubber evergreen reward toy. I left a review on their website for it, especially after finding that at least one other customer had the exact same issue: "Similar to other customers, the narrow top was too tempting to chew off and is incredibly dangerous as a choking hazard or as a digestive tract blockage. Even when monitored, a dog can destroy this toy suddenly and without warning in no time. I’m still waiting to see if my dog is ok. I’m here to warn others who want to avoid racking up an expensive vet bill. Please avoid this toy for your pup’s safety!"They contacted me, not to make it right, but to interview me for liability purposes, essentially using my free labor. Months later I've received no compensation, and they're no longer selling the toy direct, but never recalled it. Instead, they liquidated it, prioritizing profit over safety and accountability. So it's still available in the world and still dangerous. Absolutely shameful. Do not support this company - they do not take responsibility for their mistakes and care more about profits than you or your pet.
