Communication through emails was…
Communication through emails was impressive & continual. The shirt was exactly how it appeared online. Decent quality. However, like others, I expected it to come from the UK rather than China. Took 2 weeks to leave that country but once it did I received it fairly quickly.

This company can’t live up to what they portray.
The clothing is of inferior quality. This is more like costume type clothing. They simply are printing on cheap items. Additionally, the sizing was inaccurate. When I sent them a message about the sizing, they wanted me to take all kinds of measurements and take photos of me taking the measurements and send to them. They really want to make it difficult to get a refund, which I’m assuming I am not going to get at this point.

My wife and I attend many Clan related…
My wife and I attend many Clan related events throughoot the year. We always try to portray a good portrait of Clans folk as most of the people we meet are foreign tourists and they provide vital input to our Scottish economy ans so its vital we do oor best to weclome them here appropriately. My wife required a new tartan summer dress and this one fitted the bill tremendous ly. Nicely elasticated for comfort and just stunning ly beautiful. The Tartan colours were Spot o - matching my kilt and trews perfectly. This is not always the case from other companies. This company did their research Very well..Tom Urquhart. I was ordering from Canada
I was ordering from Canada. The main address I see on the site is in London UK. Reasonable enough, close to Scotland and part of the UK. Once I ordered I got a tracking # stating that it was shipped via Australian Post??? It seemd to link to the Australian Post tracking system ... but to this day it says it hasnt been recieved yet. I did get the item but it arrived from China. Lots of BS going on with this company. The quality of the item was very poor for the price paid. BEWARE these folks are total scammers.

Long wait, poor quality, and bad service.
Exceptional long wait for delivery from China! Took over two weeks and missed event I ordered for.Very poor quality - 100% polyester for a shirt costing £45!!!Sizing is rubbish. I wear a large but ordered bigger due to reviews and their sizing guide. Sleeves are so short it looks like a short sleeved shirt. Fit is tight. I tried contacting them just after order was placed to check delivery times but they failed to respond.I have raised the above with them directly but do not expect any kind of solution. Junk and fake
Bought a men’s long sleeve shirt. Total junk and FAKE too. The “plaid” is a print into a cheap material that is so thin it’s almost see through. And after washing it cannot be tumbled dry; it must hang and then be ironed. Stay away!!!

Dissapointing quality
Dissapointing quality, bought a scarf which was sent from China and it was just really low quality nylon fabric. Certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Dublin Tartan t shirt with family crest
Let me know all the way the status of my order. The end product is as ordered. I did email comment that the coa was not quite accurate, perhaps more Scottish than Irish, but very close. An email reply was so friendly, courteous and helpful pointing out some legal aspects. In any case, I will be proud to wear. Thank you.

Never received my order even though the email said that it was delivered. Further, it was made in The Republuc of China and NOT in Scotland as was implied. I will NEVER buy from this business again.

Delivering packages
What went wrong is the delivery service u use , House is about 90 years of main road , river road is very busy , they left the package by mail box on a old mail box post , its next to new mail box . If my wife hadn’t ran and errand and seen it out by road it would have come up missing . I won’t be buying anymore items from u cause this delivery service has done this before and items have been stolen, they are to lazy to drive down drive way to install in container that I have painted packages on or leave on top of it’s not raining, FedEx, ups and usps all drop off at that container as Amazon

Four XL size isn’t anywhere near 4XL…
Four XL size isn’t anywhere near 4XL for the western hemisphere. The shirt that was sent is barely a 2XL. when selling merchandise that is sent to this part of the world sizes should correlate with the people in the respective region.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. I should have trusted my gut on this one. This is NOT a Scottish company. Item's are cheaply made and horrible. Colors of the tartan are off. NOT nice woven materials. Printed nylon. I ordered a men's button down long sleeve and a Jeff cap. Both MISTAKES. You can only "return" on their terms. Have to send photos to prove problems only to get a partial refund, but we can keep the items.
