I left a generous amount of cream on for 1hr 15 under cling wrap. It seemed to work for roughly an hour but wore off quickly. When the tattooist wipes your tattoo to remove blood the cream makes your skin sensitive for some reason.

It would be nice if I actually had the product, I ordered it nine days ago express shipping and it still hasn’t arrived or even shipped for that matter. I wish I could have used it on my tattoo I am getting tomorrow but I’m out of luck for that.

Small size of tube and long shipment time (1 month to ship)
Ordered this product on 1/26 and it finally arrived on 2/17. I haven't used it yet as my tattoo appointment isn't for a few weeks, but I am extremely disappointed with the size of the tube. .35 oz for $30 is a ripoff in my opinion. I will come back and leave a review once I have used it to say how well it worked.

The trick to this is knowing how to apply
The trick to this is knowing how to apply it. If you rub in a layer then add a thick layer of cream and wrap it for 1.5-2 hours it will be totally numb. I used a large tube today for my shin and it felt like I had a false leg. Felt absolutely nothing for 2.5 hours

I ordered the cream and it arrived from the UK in 10 days with some delays at the post office in my country. Nevertheless I tried your cream for the first time to get a tattoo on one of my ribs, OMG i felt nothing!!! I have a full back tattoo that took over 70 hr to complete so i am no stranger to pain when it come to getting tattoos but this cream, man it really made everything so calm. I was relaxed and wasn’t shaking which meant my tattoo artist can work effectively to get the design we both wanted and we were both very pleased. Now i need to get some more for my other rib 😂

BEST numbing cream I have used
BEST numbing cream I have used. Was able to sit for over 3 hours and not feel a thing. Also didn’t affect the healing process. Also the super fast delivery, would highly recommend

Order/Shipment taking to long.
I ordered a couple times from them and received the product in a timely manner. However my last order I placed on Jan 10th and yet to receive the order. I emailed for follow up and have not heard anything back. The cream has worked for me and lasted 5 hours for me. Followed the process and it worked great.

I placed my first order over 40 days…
I placed my first order over 40 days ago and I still haven’t received a package. I placed two separate orders since then I paid the extra $15 to have it come in quicker and yet still I haven’t received not one package. I had to cancel a tattoo appointment, which I had to pay the cancellation fee. I should’ve just stuck with PT. This is a huge inconvenience to not yet receive one order. I’ve spent over $300.

I have ordered many times and never had…
I have ordered many times and never had an issue until now. I ordered over a month ago and paid extra for express shipping. Tracking said it was still waiting to be picked up by usps for 4 weeks. I messaged several times bout this and was told it had shipped and should arrive soon. When I finally asked to just cancel my order I was told it was lost in transit and they would send out a replacement. The product itself has never done me wrong, but waiting like this for it is getting ridiculous.

Best on the market
I have been using this product for over three years. When I first started tattooing when I was 18, I never used numbing cream. I just sat through the discomfort and pain and that’s one of the reasons why I didn’t wanna get more tattoos until I found out about this product and it made sitting for a tattoo for six hours, the most comfortable thing I could do. Definitely an amazing product has three main components that are great for really making sure that you are numb. If you’re looking for something to do a small piece to a big piece this will allow you to be able to sit comfortably while getting tattooed and enjoy your tattoo instead of excruciating pain ..

Horrible company to do business with. Yet to receive anything after a month.
I ordered this product on December 27th, a label was created December 29th. The product has yet to leave the company and be picked up by USPS. I have had multiple contacts with the company, first them blaming the holidays for the slow shipping to which I had to explain the product has never left their facility. After that I received an multiple emails saying they were out of stock and it would go out the following week, it did not, so itll be the next week, still nothing. Latest and greatest email they would be getting a shipment in this past weekend and my order would be prioritized and shipped asap this week. I have emailed requesting an update and have heard nothing, still hasnt shipped. So far, horrible company to do business with. 1 month post ordering and nothing still.

Product never received. Shipping info never received. AI bot advised that order would ship and then stated the product was out of order. Needed this for a convention. Disputing with bank and no contact from this company still.

Horrific customer service and delivery
I would love to leave a review about the actual product but I am still yet to fully receive it!!Ordered 40 days ago on 3 Dec 25 and received an incorrect delivery with only a third of what I paid for! A total of 11 emails sent since and AI is their preferred method of communication which is very frustrating! Nothing but unhelpful stalling tactics and lies in return!I genuinely hope it works as their product management and communication to the customer has been nothing short of horrific!
