Great choice of cards, easy to use
Great choice of card images, easy to use, I like the added bonus of choosing confetti, etc. when the card is opened.

Incredible Customer Service
This was my first time using TeamGreet and it was an incredible experience! I ran into an issue when one of my signers asked me to delete their message so they could re-do it but I kept getting an error message. I sent an email to customer service, expecting not to hear back for at least one business day. Literally within 15 MINUTES, I got an email response back from Jon, the FOUNDER, letting me know that they found the bug and it was fixed. :)For context, I'm in the USA and this card was a birthday surprise for my friend in Turkey!I also loved how easy it was to pick the delivery time for my friend's time zone. Will definitely be using this service in the future. :D

Well Received - couple of suggestions
It was well received. Some people had issues saving their message. Also, some people wanted to be able to edit their messages.

I really loved the card options…
I really loved the card options however, I wasn’t able to edit delivery day and time successfully. The web page kept defaulting to some code. Additionally, the individual did not receive their card during the scheduled time and day, so I had to manually send the link to them which ultimately defeats the purpose of wanting to surprise someone with happy mail in their inbox.

-Easy to Use
-Liked the ease of use.-No account creation needed.-Unlimited number of team members can sign -Each team gets own page to sign.-To note: I had to correct the recipient email's address and sent an email with my request. The response and action of TeamGreet/Jon was very swift.
