I had an accident with installing my cabinet. The teamson support team sent me a new door even though it was out of warranty. I really appreciate all their help!

This waterfall will never feel like Niagara Falls….
I’m writing to advise the public NOT to purchase the Teamson 38.5” Curved Indoor/Outdoor Slate Waterfall Fountain. The lower LED lighting can be replaced as well as the pump. However, once the upper LED lighting burns out, there is no way to replace it!Customer service told me “they are aware of the problem, they are working on it and they expect burnout of the LEDs after 1.5 years.”In my humble opinion, if spending $220 to purchase and ship the item and the lighting, which is an integral part of the ambiance and viewing pleasure of the waterfall, is expected to fail (“built in obsolescence,” said customer service); unacceptable in my way of thinking! At least Teamsom could inform the public before selling a product NOT expected to be fully operational after 1.5 years. I’ve had this item 2,5 years; customer service acted like I should be happy with that. For $220 the lighting should be reparable or replaceable!!! I could accept that.Oh yes, after my initial inquiry to Customer Service, they promptly offered a “15% discount on my next order.” No way will I do business with Teamson again….ridiculous!Andy

Having previously purchased a wall cabinet from another site and being terribly disappointed in the quality and price, I of course was nervous to buy from Teamson. I didn’t know what to expect but with my previous purchase, I knew what to look for in the quality. When I first opened the box I knew this was going to be different, a great different! The quality of the wood and the paint was beautiful. The mosaic glass, was actually glass. Assembly was easy peasy and when all said and done it was as pretty as the picture online. As I was finishing up adding the knobs on the doors, I realized I was missing or had lost one of the screws. I immediately sent an email to the customer service team and without hesitation, they explained it was covered under the 30-60 day warranty and shipped it out asap and I even received a follow up email letting me know my replacement part had shipped. From the ease of purchase to the last follow up email, the Teamson team sure did hit the WOW factor for me. Thanks everyone for making this a non-regrettable decision!

Exceptional Customer Service
I contacted Teamson Customer Service with a request to replace a damaged part to the doll stroller I bought as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. This stroller was damaged on Christmas Day by a naughty puppy was thus was not a warranty issue. Teamson Customer Service replaced the part quickly and without a charge. I was impressed by this exceptional response.

The mini kitchen is darling
The mini kitchen is darling. The instructions were easy to follow with a couple of items that were vague but easy enough to figure out. There were a couple of nicks in the paint-but nothing terrible.

Tempered glass versus annealed glass
I received an answer from this company within 24 hours as I recall, it was certainly a reasonable length of time. Unfortunately, I did not answer my question. I was asking whether the birdbath made of glass was tempered glass. We live in a forest and deer an other large mammals drink from the birdbaths. I was concerned whether there was danger to larger mammals in case they tipped over the birdbaths and the glass broke. Shards are much more damaging than tempered glass. This is the answer I received. "After confirming with our product team, we’d like to clarify that the glass used in our birdbath products is annealed glass, not tempered glass. Annealed glass is durable and weather-resistant for outdoor use, but it is not as impact-resistant as tempered glass." After looking the definition up of annealed glass versus tempered glass. This is the AI definition for both: In general, heat treated or tempered glass is four times stronger than annealed glass. Tempered glass cannot be drilled or cut without shattering. All fabrication needs to be done while the glass is in the softer, annealed condition. Annealed glass can be cut, drilled, notched and edge finished. Tempering is only done once the shaping and fabrication is complete.Bottom line, who knows?

Fast shipping but flaws in the product
Fast shipping, but the connecting bars on the base of the desk were all at the wrong angle & no matter how I positioned them they would not connect. I asked 2 different people to try and figure it out and none of us could do it without taking the bars out to the garage and bending them back to fit.

Quick and fantastic customer service
Teamson’s customer service was outstanding after a very frustrating experience with Amazon’s customer support. The boxes of our playset arrived with massive holes due to the shipping company. Amazons solution didn’t include a replacement instead I could get a refund and pay more for the item as it was originally on sale, or they said a partial refund and I could keep the item and go to the local hardware store for replacement pieces (I’m sorry, what??). Working directly with Teamson was a night-and-day difference. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping resolve my issue (and quick because of Christmas!) They communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s refreshing to see a company that truly stands behind its products and service. This experience alone has earned my trust and future business. Highly recommend Teamson.

I bought two vanities, one for each granddaughter. One arrived with damaged parts for the drawer. I only needed the parts to put another drawer together. The reps at Teamson were responsive and mailed me what I needed so I could complete the second vanity. I was highly impressed with their customer service.

My mushy mom brain entered the wrong shipping address after our cross-country move. I reached out to Teamson and they promptly and courteously amended my mistake. I seriously doubt any other furniture company would have responded as quickly as they did. I'm so grateful I went with Teamson for my kids' new play kitchen!

Ordered the light house water fountain
Ordered the light house water fountain. The details and colors are great. The rotating light wasn’t rotating. I called customer service and was sent a replacement. No hassle and fast delivery. Real nice fountain.
