Teazys stole my money, cancelled my order, is ignoring my support requests.I saw their ad on instagram for cat toys, and bought two. I wake up tomorrow to an email that my order has been cancelled and that my money was refunded.Confused, I answer that email with a question on what happened, since I hardly have a history of sleep-cancelling orders. No response.I send a separate support ticket, no response.I contact them on Instagram, and they responded with "you sent us an email" (which I did not) and then proceeded to ignore any further inquiry. I've been begging for a clarification for days, only for them to stonewall me.The claim that my money was refunded is a lie, no such refund was issued.

They do not honor the 30 day catisfaction guarantee. Ordered two toys - the ball and the hunter kit. My cat didnt care for the ball at all so I contacted them and they offered me 50% discount. I wanted to return for a full refund and after some back and forth they finally provided me with the shipping address for the return. As soon as I paid for shipping online they told me to keep the item and they will refund.2 weeks later the hunter kit suction cup thing would not stick (despite cleaning) and kept falling off the window. Also my cat at this point was not interested at all anymore. Asked to return this and they said not possible because only one refund per order, however nowhere does it state that you have to claim your satisfaction guarantee for all items at the same time.shady company - would not recommend

SCAM - Sent another company's product
Ordered the SpeedyTail 2.0. Was shipped via "GOFO" (which is coincidentally what I wanted to say after dealing with this company) from some indeterminate country. Took weeks to get to the USA and arrived in a flimsy black mailer, absolutely CRUSHED due to international travel. The cat toy they sent is not made by Teazy but "PetGravity" -- which I could have purchased on Amazon for less, gotten it in one day, and in an actual box. Unbelievable.

Did not receive, poor customer service
I can’t speak to the product itself because I didn’t receive it. When I contacted customer service, they said that the carrier marked it as delivered and they couldn’t refund it unless I sent the product back. It’s frustrating to pay for a product, not receive it, and then receive such dismissive customer service with no resolution.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!I For some animals it may be the perfect play toy. The reason why I would say do not buy from them is because they do not honor their return policy and they are not available to discuss about it, the phone number that they provided is disconnected. They do not respond to their emails. They do not respond to submissions through their website. They are a ghost company. I fell for their clever ads and believe that my mature cats at least one of them that routinely hunts for animals outside would love this little darting thing that seemed a lot like a chipmunk as it moved around the floor... But because of the noise that it makes and it's erratic behavior and it's rapid speed it only freaked my cat out. But because I thought it was so clever and they were offering such a great deal. I actually bought three of these things.... Fully expecting they would honor their 100% money back guarantee.So I wanted to return them and that was impossible. I think what happened is some company went out of business with these spinning contraptions, and some other pop-up. Bought up the inventory and paid for a bunch of clever ads and have been consistently selling them. Buyer be damned.I have slowly given away one to a neighbor that had two kittens and another that had expressed interest in her young cat being crazy at night and jumping all over the bed and trying to get something to help it distract it.Initially I was posting on their Facebook ads warning people, but I gave up after my initial anger and frustration subsided. But since out of the blue I just got an email from them. I'm re-energized to spread the word at what a con job this company is

We have 2 cats so it's a small sample size but this tail ball didn't really capture the imagination of either of them... charged up the ball per the instructions and it moved around as advertised but they pursued the ball for a few minutes, sniffed it and then got bored with it...I didn't even bother to call them on their 30 day guarantee since this was purchased a couple of months before Christmas...

Scam site & does not honor warranty
Purchased the Aquabot water dish in December 2024 after being served an ad on Facebook. The item came from China after about 12 days. I noticed that the name on the product was PetGravity and not Aquabot but was not sure what to make of that. The price paid was ~$90 US. Nine months later in August 2025, the device no longer filled the dish with water, made random beeping noises after powering on, and lights flashed randomly. I went to Teazeys.com and saw the product was still for sale (in fact they had an upgraded it to "Aquabot 2.0" which now had a stainless steel water cup).The site mentioned they had a 1 year warranty and if I had a problem, they would ship out a replacement. When I contacted them via their website form, I received no response. A week later I sent an email to their customer service email address and received a reply asking for a video demonstrating what I was seeing. I provided that and the reply shocked me. Customer service said that since I have had the device for "5 months" (inaccurate since I had it for 9 months) and since the device was already used, the best they could offer as a "nice gesture" was a coupon code for 50% off. When I replied asking why they weren't honoring the 1 year warranty listed on their website, I received no reply for multiple days.I then searched on Amazon and found the same "PetGravity" water dish listed for sale for $50 US. They also had the "2.0" model with the stainless bowl available. This led me to believe that Teazys is simply reselling these products for almost double the cost. So they are either a reseller marking up prices or a scam site using Facebook/TikTok ads to make people think they are the manufacturer.Buyer BEWARE!

Teazy cat electronic ball toy
The electronic motor ball with a tail or Teazy cat toy works great! It moves in all directions and doesn't hardly get stuck anywhere. My cat can't get enough of it. It has light indicators to let you know when it needs charging and it has two different speed modes. Just so I'm clear it's the ball toy not the one with wheels. I love it and my cat does too!

If I could give no stars I would. Product did not arrive even though usps tracking said it did. Also paid for an item I did not order. Customer service the worst I have experienced and just kept sending the usps tracking link. Avoid this company.

Don't waste your time or money.
Took too long to get original order over a month. After just over 30 days, the warranty period, the part that makes it work broke and I was informed they wouldn't replace it, but sent a link to reorder the parts. I placed the order on June 4, 2025 and have never been able even get an update since. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone buy from them. Wish I could attach a picture.

I purchased the item because of reviews on 5/22/2025. It arrived in early June. My just over 1 year old cat did like it, but after a few days the tails started to fall off. A week or so later, it stopped working all together. I contacted them 2nd time on 6/17. Well within their supposed 30 day money back warranty. They sent replacement tails. I asked about replacement ball. Answer today was I can return it (i have to pay shipping) for supposed full refund. I am willing to do that as option 2 was keep it for 50% off another one. Supposed warranty says one year. What is the point of getting a product when it doesn't work after a few weeks? I will keep you posted on their reply but buyer beware!

Cats tend to chose what they will
The service was great. The car looked sharp. I personally loved the hanging tale. Easy charge. However, the cat just sits and watches it run. Even with me using the controller, she just tends to ignore it. I took advantage of the 2 for a low price special. Gave the other car to a friend with a cat, He has the same problem. Cat just ignores it. So just know your cat.

I can’t believe I fell for this scam. You can find the same toy, or a very similar one, on Amazon for less than half the price. Teazy doesn’t make this toy themselves. They just order it from Amazon, ship it overseas, then back to the U.S. before it reaches you. Shipping takes forever. All of the positive reviews look fake to me. Don’t buy from them. Just don’t.

Ordered the speedy sprint ball, and never received an order number/ackondledgement. Product arrived, but cats are not interested, so contacted them about getting a refund. Was told that without an order number (which they never sent me) I can't get one. Total scam, please don't fall for it.

Website is a complete and total scam. I can’t believe I fell for the glowing feviews that they obviously paid for. When my order had issues I contacted them as they advertise a 30 day guarantee. They claimed I didn’t order from them- dispute having proof in the form of receipts and credit card information. Further research yielded many posts on Reddit about people who have. Been scammed by this company. Don’t give them any business

Terrible non existent customer service
It would be zero stars if that was possible . I waited many weeks for the delivery of a Speedy Tail 2.0 for my cat , when it finally arrived the box was all squashed and the toy broken .There is no phone number to contact and I have never received and response to my email plus photos of the broken toy when ask for either a refund or a new product . Very poor customer service , would be er use again . I wonder if it’s one of those Chinese websites where you can never get any refund or replacements if something how wrong .

I mean it works like they say and it did come charged up, but my cat had no interest in this whatsoever. 28.00 dollars for nothing. She kind of liked the feather and when l took the worm off she really liked playing with that. Don't believe the hype that this toy will keep your cat entertained for hours.
