A company you can depend on for your orders.
They sent me a different item from what I ordered. They immediately contacted me. Sent me the correct item and return postage for the other item. Usually, most of my experience have been delay, delay when returning an item, but TechWholesale is a company you can depend upon.

Kristin helped me step by step through ordering radios for our medical office( our first time using radios in our office). It was painless, quick and efficient and answered all of my questions. We loved working with company and we are happy with their products. What really sold us was letting us try the product before ordering over $2000 worth of product to make sure it would work for our office. Kristin deserves a raise.

Kristin was great and let me know that the radios I was going to order were discontinuing. She was able to cancel my order and I upgraded to a different model. She also helped me make sure to get the correct charging stand and ear pieces for the 2nd model choice I chose.
