The phone connection is excellent. I love that with the auto charge on, I can have a conversation without the fear of a disrupton disconnect happening because of lack of funds I love that I can also recharge phone numbers back home!
Your website interface is very poor and not easy to, for example, add new card expiration and security code details (card number the same). Took me over an hour to be able to do it.I've been working with computers for 40 years.

Please let me know why my conversation got disconnected 3 times in a,span of 15 minutes.Is there a new rule that one cannot talk continously? That was annoying. But the line was clear.

The expense of calling abroad can be is always pricey, but with telephone KE, they are the right peace of mind services.
It has increased it charges lately and £5 can't get you more minutes than before.The app hangs which is annoying at times you can't buy creditYou can't transfer credit you have bought online to the up which is crazy. I have been using it for 3yrs but I think.im at a point Im changing to another provider.
