Awful
I received decals for my boat and they are the worst quality I've ever seen I sent an email to complain but didn't get a reply, would i use again....you know the answer.

I should have read these reviews. Arrived weeks after I ordered except all that arrived was an empty tube. Very disappointing and do not recommend.

The quality of the picture was not great but worst of all is that they posted it to me in an envelope with no protection so arrived damaged and crumpled. Unusable. Asked for a refund and received no response.

The vynil rug i ordered came cut in…
The vynil rug i ordered came cut in half.Also, the pattern was blurred and the cutting was untidy. Customer services in Ireland told me its because my rug was delivered by royal mail and it was over a certain size, so they cut it in half????! The rug was small i hasten to add, and it was rolled up in a cardboard tube. The customer services girl then hung up on me. I am going to report them to trading standards.Don't touch them!

After ordering i stubbled across the reviews with regret , My order took over a week , like everyone else thought company was uk but my tracking said product was being shipped from Switzerland.The quick shipping was waste money as it wasn't, but the overall product which was the gaming wallpaper is really nice and thre personalised stickers so I cannot fault based on my experience, I would purchase again

I ordered some vinyl rugs thinking it…
I ordered some vinyl rugs thinking it was from a UK company. When I realised they were in Spain and they wouldn't arrive in time (and returning would be difficult if I wasn't happy with the quality) I tried to cancel before it was dispatched. They refused to cancel the order even though I told them they were required to under EU law. The order was dispatched the next day and has not yet arrived. After reading other reviews I am not confident that they will be as described, IF they ever arrive. Quite a rare thing to encounter a company with such bad customer service these days, honestly do not even think about ordering from them

It came in several pieces instead of one continuous sticker, which made installation difficult and messy. The product that arrived looked completely different from what was shown on their website poor printing, wrong size, and uneven edges.

I received a poorly made product and the company did not resolve it.
Terrible experience with Tenstickers.I paid a high price for a custom laptop sticker, and what I received was poorly cut, aesthetically awful, and impossible to use. The company did not check the final result before sending it and refuses to acknowledge their mistake. Unacceptable product and customer service. The company refuses to take responsibility, keeps pushing the blame, and will not provide a refund even though the mistake is clearly theirs. The customer service is slow, unhelpful, and makes the situation even worse. I do not recommend this company

I spent almost 100£ for a vynil rug…
I spent almost 100£ for a vynil rug that was suppose to be custome made 250 x90, but they send 2 separate pieces that I should put next to each other to reach the length on my floor. Very unprofessional

Avoid at all costs – cheap product, zero customer service
Ordered a vinyl mouse mat and instantly regretted it. The quality is shockingly poor – flimsy material that feels like it’ll curl within days, and the print looks like it was done on a home inkjet with low toner. Not even close to what was advertised.To make matters worse, I contacted them immediately after ordering by mistake, and they flat-out refused to issue a refund. No flexibility, no understanding – just a cold “policy” response. It’s clear they care more about squeezing money out of customers than offering a decent product or service.Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. Plenty of better options out there that actually stand behind what they sell.

Hidden duty fees if in USA..Horrible communication...
Charged additional fees for duties not communicated.....If they are selling to the USA market it should be in the pricing....they hid it from me. Hopefully the product won't suck but they already get 1 star

Ordered a 'vinyl rug'. What a disgrace. Ordered a size 2400cm x 100cm and it came in two pieces each 50cm wide. The 'vinyl rug' was barely 2mm think and so cheap-looking. Don't buy from this company.

Ordered a transfer metallic sticker
Ordered a transfer metallic sticker. Arrived to UK from Spain within 10 days including the day it was ordered. Happy with the item, couple of very small, minor imperfections on the lettering of sticker and the transfer sheet took extra time as it didn’t hold the sticker 100% when removing but overall the text , colour, sizing etc was perfect to what I ordered. Probably use again.

Low quality stickers with high price!!!
Low quality stickers with blurred design, I expected a better product for the high price I paid. Communication is terrible, won't purchase a product from Tenstickers again.

Took two weeks to get to NZ!
I was concerned after reading reviews post ordering! I assumed they were a NZ company due to the site and email address - they really should make it clearer about the location and delivery times. I later realised it was overseas and although my order took two weeks rather than a few days as advertised, it did arrive well packaged and in good condition. The wall stickers are really great quality and easy to put up.
