Pls pls don’t use Alexa travel aka Times travel . They are scammers . Don’t trust them to get your refund also. It will take a phone call daily to these idiots to get your money back . I wasn’t able to travel because of them . Paid in full but they wanted to change my flight with me paying more money.Big joke .

Scammers.My flight got delayed and they asked for £700 to book an earlier flight, I paid it, they did not book it, saying it was fully booked, I asked for a refund they said no, because this was the service charge, absolutely disgusting.

It was lovely talking to Raj Kumar, yesterday regarding buying a ticket. I was amazed at how quickly Raj resolved my issue. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I'm willing to recommend or refer anyone who wants to buy air ticket in the near future.

These guys are scam artists
These guys are scam artists, they told me they work with all major travel companies and are trying to get my outbound cancelled Ryan Air flight rebooked for me with a outgoing flight with jet 2 around the same time.( They must be getting cancelled flight info). I paid and got email receipt went with them as they were a bit cheaper than jet 2 were asking themselves. Checked a few hours later with jet 2 no record of flight booked which they said would be booked straight away ...also they got into my holiday manage my booking with love holidays and changed without permission my contact email so love holidays sends all info to them scammers....cost me total of £300 but when I put up the bad review Hadar rang and said if you take it down my manager has said you will get half back....I thought about it and wrongly decided to try and get something back so took it down sorry! for that. Did not get anything back so its back up for keeps now so ....scam bam Hadar

They are scammers
They are scammer, very rude staff and definitely not base in UK. They booked a ticket with £100 deposit and we called again to pay rest of the amount. They said ticket was cancelled by Airlines and now we lost the deposit. No email or no call was made to inform.Don't use these guys. They are not based in UK check google images for their address in London

Alexa travel
Alexa travel - my partner was scammed out of £850 by them for a flight that turned out to be just a reservation only with Qatar Airways. She looked up Qatar customer service on Google & it went through to these lot trying to pass themselves off as Qatar. After we realised we’d been scammed it was impossible to get hold of them again as the phone just kept ringing nobody would pick-up, I think the call actually went through to India.

What a problem solver mr Paul really is. Alexa travel really is a genuine travel agency. If anyone has got any problem with their flights, pick up the phone and ask speak to Mr Paul. From my experience, he really is professional. He turned my anger my worries into reassurance and he is absolutely awesome. He turned my voucher into a new flight regardless I had to pay extra but problem solved and this is the truth!

I was contacted by ARRON at ALEXA…
I was contacted by ARRON at ALEXA TRAVEL who told me my flight in Jan 25 was cancelled (I read on Google that BA were experiencing engine parts shortages) so we had to pay more rebook charges. So much planning in our trip meant I was anxious as I was told payment had to be made before the tickets could be released. I have spoken to BA who confirmed no such payment was due. The Halifax bank fraud department are helping to recover our money.

SCAMMERS!!!!!The 5* ratings are probably them placing the ratings. READ the 1* ratings becasuse this Company is a SCAMMER along with Times Travel. One in the same.I thankfully noticed the merchant being different than BA at point of sale. Checked the companies and saw the SCAM WARNINGS. Cancelled my Bank Cards!!DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.....

Purchased flight tickets not delivered
Purchased flight tickets, paid full amount. Forced us to sign a consent that no legal obligations after the sale. Failed to deliver the air tickets, now I cannot go bury my nephew, I have to struggle to vent for funds to travel for my relatives funeral.A Bogus company indeed. This Alexa Travel Company is based in the UK, London area.They later refunded all our money after we came back and chased them up from relevant organisations which help the stranded community.So thanks very much.

Scammers scammers! Avoid Avoid! If I could would give 0 stars. I was scammed out of £375 pound. I thought I was talking to someone from Qatar Airlines, my call had been transfered to a guy supposedly called John, he led me to believe I was still talking to a Qatar Airlines representative, at no point did he let me know I was actually talking to someone from a Third Party travel agency. I was coerced by this person to pay £375 (originally he asked for £450) I was told whilst making a transaction for my original flight the price had increased and If I didn’t want to lose the flight I needed to pay more money. At this point I didn’t realise my bank had refused the full payment for flight £1811 thank god they did. John continued to coerce and bully me into paying the extra money. Against my better judgement I paid the £375, I was so scared I’d lose all the flight money. After they received my money John requested I pay full amount for a flight they had on hold for me when I received money back in my bank. I didn’t feel comfortable about the situation so I read reviews on Alexa Travel and realised I was just one of many who’d experienced similar scam issues with this company. It was only after I confronted John and raised a dispute about the £375 supposed holding fee and flight price that they owned up to being a third party company. They refused to refund my money claiming no wrong doing. I’ve contacted Watchdog requesting a full investigation into this company. I have also contacted my bank regarding fraud. Think carefully before having anything to do with this company, I have nothing to gain by writing a false review, so please take heed and believe the reviews you are reading about this company being scammers. Ask yourself one question if so many people have claimed to have been scammed why am I even contemplating booking flights with them, am I prepared to take the risk of losing thousands of pounds. The few positive reviews do not detract from all those people who are telling you it’s a scam! Use your intuition, don’t risk losing your hard earned money with these fraudsters.They will take your money and leave you high and dry. Can I make it quite clear that this review is in reference to Alexa Travel in the U.K. In no way is this review linked to any company under the same name or similar outside of the U.K. I hope this added comment provides clarity it is a company based in the U.K. and is a true genuine review based on my experience with the company.

Scammers, Scammers Scammers, don't be lured in with the false reviews for these scammers. They took £600.00 deposit for a flight that didn't exist, they gave me a false booking reference number for British Airways and Qatar Airways, when I asked Alexa travel for the correct reference number they would not supply me with this information Because it didn't exist. The fraud team who are now investigating these scammers told me that any reputable travel company would never use WhatsApp which these scammers use all the time!BE WARNED, THEY SAY THEY WORK OUT OF AN OFFICE IN LONDON WHILST THEY ARE WORKING FROM INDIA! ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALSO FALSE.

This is Mark you've got my partners details and it's been over three weeks now you've took over 2,000 pounds and you still a hesitant to give back our money because you've cancelled the holiday I don't trust what anyone says in Alexa travel you focus off and there's there's no management there all your good at is taking people's money and you still haven't gave us our refund and now the summer holidays are over for my child you've ruined her holidays because she hasn't been able to go away on holiday for one week and we will saving that money for free to four years and you ripped us off and we can't afford to go to get another 2,000 so we can't go on holiday we can't take our little girl Sy I am so mad with Alexa travel and I really hope this helps to take Alexa travel out of business no one should go with you

My flights to Australia
I rang this company up to discuss my flights to Australia later this year and was told that because mine and my husbands middle names were not on the booking, they would have to amend them for us and it would cost over £400 each . Just confirmed with my travel agency that this is absolutely not the case. Disgusted !!!

i had very good experience with them .mark william is very helpful and friendly and very understanding person he knows what you want for ur holiday and assist you very well .He got very good communication skills .Ethan hawk is very good too .i am very happy with their sevices .God bless you all
