Unsatisfactory Food Temperature Peoria AZ location
Peoria AZ location. The quality of food and ambivalence of the manager at this location has lost them my business. Two different visits in a row my husband's mashed potatoes were cold and my black beans as well as the Baja tacos food temperature was below what it should ever be. I've frequented this restaurant for years but now, I will not be returning.

We were in Greenville South Carolina today and the waitress service was terrible. We waited 30 minute before we got our food. Asked for manager by that time food arrive because we were going to pay for our tea an leave. Never eat there again.

Apathetic server, no sense of urgency in this place.
Arrived just after they opened, so there were maybe 2 tables in the entire restaurant. Waiter was quick with getting our salad and drinks, and that's where his attentiveness ended. He left dirty plates on table, didn't ask if we wanted refills, and the food took far too long to get, given the time of day and emptiness of the place. Fish was hot and good, fries were not hot. Caeser salad was good. He never asked how the food was, didn't clear dirty plates. And, by the way, nobody else stepped in and cleared either - and to me, that's unacceptable. When you're working in a restaurant, there has to be a sense of urgency with each and every employee, and there wasn't. We were entirely neglected and we won't be going back. Unfortunately, this has been the case each time we've visited, for the last 4 or 5 times, and we're done. We'll go in to pick up a cheesecake and leave, but not to sit and eat.

Food was excellent
Food was excellent; service was VERY slow but the server was friendly and pleasant and we believe she did the best she could under the circumstances. It was very busy. Biggest complaint THE MUSIC WAS TOO LOUD. We were barely able to carry on a conversation with each other throughout dinner, and even the server mentioned that she thought it was too loud. So it made her job more difficult as well! There is no reason for this at all.

I like the food there
I like the food there. The service is always inconsistent; either very attentive or missing in action. I often order the same salad, but when I am with someone who orders the exact same thing and adds one more additional item it seems that the kitchen then messes up the order and adds that extra item to my salad as well. I am not sure if that is because of the way the waiter or waitress writes the order or if the kitchen staff does not notice the difference in the two salad orders. Also, the last time I was there it took over forty minutes to get my food.

Worst lunch on a beautiful day
nowNewI've been coming to this location for over 20 yrs and today was the worst experience I've ever had here. The self parking is now $6, it has always been free. Then once we were seated we sat there for 40 minutes with no drinks, no bread. Our waiter never came by to check on us & see if we needed anything. I asked to speak to a Manager and no one ever came. You have officially lost me as a customer. I will not be returning

Fixing a mistake and making the day wonderful!
During Christmas we were celebrating my daughter's birthday and I got a cheesecake for carryout. I had a gift card I planned to use but inadvertently used a debit card. When I got home I realized what a stupid thing I did and called the manager at the Cheesecake Factory on Nicholasville Rd. in Lexington, Ky. I got the manager Brent and he was so kind and helped me change the transaction to be covered by the gift card. I know as a manager it's left up to their discretion whether to help with that but Brent went above and beyond to help make it happen. Hats off to you Brent and you made my Christmas that more special.

It’s was horrible
It’s was horrible. They put you in rows of tables basically an arms length from the next table. My wife and I went last night and it was our anniversary and we had ZERO privacy. Our silverware and cups were literally Filthy. The waiter was nice but needed to be told multiple times for simple requests. I will never go again

Disappointed …
So going to the cheesecake factory on today, December 7 and my mom and sister ordered two chicken sliders. They came out like two kids have fixed them. A dinner roll sliced in half with a chicken tender throw in the middle really cheesecake factory you disappointed me.

store in southlake. with reservation had 10 min wait. server took order and 45 min to get food only my order of an omelete was the wrong omelete. after finally getting the server located manager came over and offerred to remake it either because server wrote it wrong or kitchen messsed up. others in the party were nearly done so i passed. took meal off bill as if that would suffice. don't go there on weekends. under staffed and kitchen overwhelmed.

Horrible Experience
Had a reservation at 2 pm at the Cheesecake Factory . Arrived and then was told that our server (John) left for the day. We were put in a closed section and waited about 15 minutes -no one came to the table. We asked a waitress if she could take our order-she said no so we promptly got up and went to another restaurant.

I’m very disappointed with the service…
I’m very disappointed with the service I received at The Cheesecake Factory in Topanga Canyon. I called to make a reservation for a lunch gathering of 15 people, and Jennifer was extremely unhelpful and rude. She insisted that everyone must arrive exactly by 12 noon, even after I explained that some guests might be slightly delayed due to parking difficulties and coming from different areas.I’ve brought business to this restaurant multiple times before, but the lack of understanding and flexibility this time was very discouraging. It’s unfortunate to be treated this way as a returning customer, and I hope management takes note and improves the way group bookings are handled.

It was my birthday and I got soo disappointed with this place. Worst birthday ever!!!.I expected much more form this place. First of all waiting time more than 1 hour.they gave me the worst meal I ever tried in a restaurant. The steak was soo small and they filled out my plate with a bunch of rice and corn with no flavor whatsoever. the dish was 25$. for that price I could eat much better in Pollo Tropical for half of the price.The only good thing there it was out waiter. he was super kind and try to solve the problem but I was so angry, that I just wanted to leave the place. Obviously, I will never come back here!

Great Dining Experience
Our dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Edison NJ was exceptional. The staff is great, especially JR our server and Nichole, the manager, are particularly outstanding. JR is a pleasure to work with, sparkling personality and upbeat demeanor, answered all our questions with a joyful heart. He is beyond special. Nichole leads a great staff to her credit I am sure. She is personable and attentive, with a people friendly disposition as well. It is obvious they both love their jobs. Nichole and JR, are great assets to The Cheesecake Factory. Thank you for a very comfortable & happy luncheon experience. And, of course, our cheesecake factory selections were extraordinary!!! Loved it all, expecially the cheesecakes!!

Loud and lousy
If you like a loud atmosphere mediocre food and high prices then the cheesecake factory is for you. They have a huge menu and they do everything almost decent. This place never fails to disappoint. My wife had a chicken and avocado sandwich with one tiny piece of avocado. When she asked the waiter for more he actually questioned her saying that the Chef swears he put plenty on there. Really? We will never go back to this place.

CHEESECAKE FACTORY HAMILTON BLVD. Chattanooga ordered two glamburger plates, thought the price was high at 16.95. when our burgers came my wife`s looked ok, my burger didnt come close to covering the bun. had to take my knife and cut my burger in two so it would cover my bun. the cook or person who brought it asked if everything was ok, I didnt say anything to keep from embarrassing my wife. but i wanted to say was 16.95 for this! fries were in a cup with a paper cone. small portion! 42dollars for two burger plates and 1 tea. tea 4.95 a glass highest tea i ever seen. we will never be back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid Cheesecake Factory! Severe Injury & unacceptable handling by management and corporate! On Thursday, June 4th, at 8:00 p.m., my family and I visited the Cheesecake Factory at Irvine Spectrum (92618). What started as a nice evening quickly turned into a nightmare due to extreme negligence and a shocking lack of concern from both local management, Ronnie Radich and corporate, Beatrice Brow. Around 8:35 p.m., I drank a shot of Crown Royal that contained broke glass. I immediately felt the sharp glass cut my lip, causing an abrasion, and then felt a piece scratch my throat as I swallowed. I instantly called over the manager, Ronnie Radich, who confirmed the presence of broken glass in my drink. An incident report was filed, and I took clear photos of the broke glass. The terrible pain began shortly after. On Saturday, June 6th, at 3:00 a.m., I woke up with terrible sharp pains in my abdomen. These pains have persisted for over a week, making it incredibly difficult to walk during the day and impossible to sleep through the night. When I contacted The CheeseCake Factory liability specialist, Beatrice Brow, on Monday, June 9th, I was met with complete indifference. I explained my severe pain and my urgent need for medical attention, emphasizing that I have no health insurance and cannot afford to accumulate medical bills without any guarantee of payment. The Cheesecake Factory and Beatrice Brow only advice was to "accumulate Dr. bills" which the Cheesecake Factory "will review them for consideration." This response is unacceptable and a blatant refusal to take responsibility for a severe injury sustained on their premises. My pleas for help, including my last email, have been completely ignored. The Cheesecake Factory's negligence led to my injury, and their corporate response, specifically from Beatrice Brow, has been appalling. They have shown a shocking disregard for a customer's health and well-being. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant if they value their safety and expect any form of accountability from a business. I have pictures of broken glass and incident report
