Wrong item received (worth significantly less than what I paid)
I was delivered the wrong item and they had the audacity to change the receipt with my name on it to the incorrect item. And not just an incorrect item, an unusable, garbage item. A "3 different holes" (not even close to what I ordered) with all 3 having the exact same tiny hole that's too small for any adult male to use. Now I'm going to have to file a chargeback with my bank. Absolutely appalling in every way. I will never order from this "company" ever again. It's a scam.

First of all, I'd like to thank John from the customer support department because he was really reassuring and kind to me during the whole process of buying and shipping.The product arrived swiftly and in perfect condition, exactly as the item description said. The toy is easy to clean and the materials are of great quality, soft and sturdy at the same time. I would very much recommend this website as I found everything incredibly professional, discreet and of high quality.

The toys came in a timely manner and the quality of the toys that I got are great so far, tho I haven't had them for long so I can't say anything on wear and tear over time yet but the material on the toys is really nice and ive been enjoying them. Some of the items I got were different than what I ordered, but as soon as they found out I was made aware that two of the items that I got were out of stock so they put substitutes for the out of stock items for in the meantime and that they'll send the original items when they're in stock again for no additional fee. The costumer experience manager who contacted me John Summerfield even apologized for me not being made aware of the substituted items beforehand. I got the items on Jan 9th and I got the email update today the 12th I honestly think that if it wasn't a Saturday I would have gotten this update the next day. Over all good quality toys and really good costumer service.
