The ONLY Shop Willing to Work on a Mavic 4 Pro
The Drone Repair was the ONLY drone repair shop that I could find that was willing to work on a broken front arm of my Mavic 4 Pro, INCLUDING DJI! Five different shops were either unable or unwilling to look at DJI's newest drone in the Mavic series.The Drone Repair quickly diagnosed the problem and began work about a week later. The repair frankly took a couple of weeks longer than expected, but it was returned well-boxed in what appears to be excellent condition. I appreciated that they paid for the return shipping and that I had the option to pay for shipping insurance.Their communication on the status of the repair could have been better, but I was pleased overall with my experience with The Drone Repair. I will use them again if the need arises.

These guys are the best
They kept me up to date on the status of my drone throughout the repair. It took a little over a week to get my repair back (including shipping). I was nervous about sending my drone off to someone I didn't know, but DJI was going to take two months. These guys are fast, good, and kept in touch with me during the entire process. Definitely recommend!

Do not use this company!!
Do not use this company!!! They had my drone for almost two months. Told me that it was shipped, when they had not shipped it. It is supposedly shipped now. Customer service is terrible and communication even worse.

They literally stole my drone
They literally stole my drone. I paid my invoice for repairs and never heard anything back from them. They won’t respond to emails now. Do not trust them!

We had a drone (Tarot T18 Octacopter) that had radio problems and had a flyaway with it that fortunately came back due to the geofence activating. We needed a new radio controller and there was no one who was interested in doing this. I contacted them and they told me that they would give it look. They ordered a new radio and rebuilt some mounts that were damaged. The process was explained to me at each step as well as giving a choice for selecting the radio that would best fit our needs. The work was completed and the charge was very reasonable considering what they had to do. Our drone would not be flying without them since the skills required were well beyond what our crew could do. I highly recommend them.

I understand why they only accept out-of-town orders. They may have harvested parts off my drone, but I can't prove it. My camera did take pictures when it was sent, but the gimble didn't work. It came back with the camera cable cut and camera in a bag separate from the gimble. I'm trying to replace the cable myself to see if the camera still works. Anyway, caveat emptor. There's no way to know what these guys are doing without face-to-face contact. The service prices are very high after you get sucked in with the inbound shipping offer. Not recommended.
