Customer Service is Key
I ordered hats with a debossed logo from them. Upon receiving the hats the logo is almost invisible from a distance of more than 5 feet away. I have had debossing done through other companies and have seen what great debossing looks like. The picture attached is not an example of that.When I explained the problem through the companies claim request system I was told that what I received the company stands behind because "a clam would require us to show our factory they produced something different from what is shown on your proof". Upon pushing the issue further I received a call from a rep at the company. Though it was a process this company did stand behind the costumer and truly did want to see us content with what we received.

I ordered my brother a gift for his new Chiropractic office: Spine Keychains and Spine Pens. The keychains were fine. I took a pen for myself, and one day used it and it did not work, so I told my brother. My brother told me "Yeah, many patients told me the same thing." He said that he didn't want to tell me, but I am glad that I asked him. When I contacted the EA team, they gave me a lot of doubletalk: All they had to do was say "We will reorder a new batch." Instead, they told me the time had passed for the deadline, that if I can get some pens from my brother even though I told them that I had one I could send them that did not work, and that they needed to figure out why the pens didn't work. LOL. The pens didn't work because they came from the factory like that. They told me they would refund me and that I can reorder new pens, but that was not what I wanted. I did not want to pay more and have the same problem. I just wanted a new batch of pens. The probability of a new batch of pens not working is high, so I assume there was a refund on my card. but the whole purpose of the gift was to congratulate my brother on his new office, and my efforts failed :( unhappy camper!

Many products discontinued or out of stock after ordering
The product I ordered said it was in stock and could be delivered in 3 weeks but once I submitted my image, I was told it was discontinued and they could not complete my order. All of the alternatives I found also were "out of stock." I don't understand why so many products are discontinued or out of stock when they are listed as in stock on the website.
