Fixed an ordering problem quickly
The company's web site was not supposed to be working, but for some reason it accepted my order anyway. In fact, as of this writing the web site has not launched. So, when I called to find out why my order had not shipped, they quickly explained the problem and immediately sent out the test strips I had ordered. They even threw in an extra box of strips because of the mix-up. Very pleasant to deal with and went out of their way to make it right. Fast delivery once shipped.
