Neuropathy pain in feet
The shoes are very comfortable and I have no pain in my feet and it has been a very long time since I had that kind of feeling because I have neuropathy from diabetes

I still have not received my shoes in 2 weeks So far my experience has been horrible.

I called and spoke to a representative
I called and spoke to a representative. I asked If they were a true 4E. They reassured me that they will fit my 4E foot perfectly. Shoes arrived and I could not get my foot into them. They said I needed to order a 6E but the style you want doesn't come that wide. We will give you a $30.00 dollar credit and send you a sneaker model in 6E. $15.00 shipping and 20 days latter after shipping from China the shoes arrived. There was no difference in width they were a 10.5 E if even that.No open toe box just Chinese sneakers. I have to think they use fake reviews with promises of wide shoes. Not sure what I will do with them I will not have anything to do with this company again.

Customer service poor
The shoe quality appears good but the sizing is off, although I know it’s difficult buying shoes online and shoe sizes do vary. They advertise a return policy, but it’s difficult to contact customer services. Chat option doesn’t work and so far they haven’t responded to my emails I sent (twice) over two weeks ago. I’m left with shoes that don’t fit my family member I brought them for and I’m unable to exchange. For this reason I would not recommend.

Walking made easy
Easy to order, and the wife say they are really comfortable and she can move her toes around easily. The fixings are easy to apply so all in all she is happy with them.

I had a great experience with FitVille
I had a great experience with FitVille. The shoes are very comfortable and the quality is really good. Unfortunately the size I ordered was a bit small for me, but the exchange process was very easy and smooth.Customer service was very friendly and responded quickly, and they offered to send me a new pair without any extra cost, which I really appreciate.Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the comfort of the shoes. Highly recommended!

Incorrect Shoe Sizing Information and Very Poor Customer Relations
I purchased different three pairs of shoes, all sized UK 10.5, one pair which were the Men's EasyTop Deluxe V3. The other two pairs fitted well, but the EasyTop Deluxe V3 were two small, and so I had to return them, intending then to re-order a larger size. As the sizing information was incorrect & inconsistent I asked Fitville why the shoes were different sizes, but they didn't answer the question satisfactorily, and I repeatedly requested Fitville to cover the cost of the return postage, but they categorically refused to. As a consequence I didn't then re-order the larger size, and I wouldn't purchase any more shoes from them in future.

My toes are very happy with Fitville!
I have been ordering their wonderful shoes for a few years now and obviously satisfied with their products.I have had bunions and painful feet from my job,which requires many miles of walking daily. FITVILLE shoes are the only company that provides comfort to my feet.Many options of footwear to choose from. Also,their customer service is very good and will do what it takes to please the customer.

Committed to satisfaction
I have had nothing but great experience with Fitville and their customer service team. I recently had an issue with color retention on one of their products, and they immediately issued a replacement at no charge. I have their hiking, walking, work, and winter boots, and the wide 4E are available in most of their line. The comfort level is second to none, and those that complain about the delivery times, remember you are buying direct and the savings are passed on to you. Do your due diligence and shop other brands that provide wide footwear. I’ve noticed I’m paying less than half of what Ho_ _ charges.

Terrible customer service — it was like a nightmare
In my previous email, I mentioned that you asked me to initiate a return. You replied that "The customer will be responsible for sending back the shoes to the local warehouse according to our return policy." However, your customer service representative provided me with an address to return the shoes to the US, while I am currently in Australia!Is New Jersey in the US considered a local warehouse? The shipping fees will be significantly higher than the price of the shoes!This was not a change of mind; I was unable to try the shoes on because the information provided on your website and the size chart was misleading. I measured my foot length carefully and selected the appropriate size, but the shoes turned out to be much larger than expected.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI bought two pairs of shoes, they arrived some three weeks later, they were too big. Despite the returns policy promises, when you contact them they do NOT respond. I emailed twice with no reply, I then wrote a review here. Of course they responded so as to look like they were doing something. I emailed them again as they requested, again, for a third time, with NO response. I am now contacting Amex to see if they can help me.
