Nonexistent customer service, ruined deliveries.
Had been using them for a few months without issue. My last delivery, however, came with a hole chewed in the box and almost all of the items in it were also chewed open, looks like a rat or a mouse was in it. I tried contacting them to arrange a return but got no response. I will not be ordering from these cowboys again, unfortunately. Disappointing as they have some stuff that I struggle to get elsewhere and I have pointed a lot of people looking for these in their direction too, but will now have to warn them all of their absolutely terrible customer service.
