New Gaming PC Purchase
I recently purchased one of their gaming computers from Amazon. I'm not real tech savvy so I had a few questions about the system before it was shipped. I called and emailed them with questions on a Sunday. I received a reply by email and a phone call on Monday. The techs were very knowledgeable and answered questions and took the time the extra time explain everything to me. Then even took the time to tell me some about the company when I asked. They are getting the upgrade I asked for and offered to help with the setup when it arrives. I'm very impressed with their customer service and look forward and recommend doing business with them.
