I ordered a gallon tin of popcorn from this company on Dec 4th 2024. They were featured on GMA during a steals and deals segment. I paid $24.98 and I have yet to receive my merchandise. I've sent numerous emails to this company with no response. Don't ever buy from this company they take your money and you NEVER GET A RESPONSE OR YOUR ORDER!!! Paid extra for expedited delivery. Never happened!! Dont waste your time or money. 1800 flowers should be ashamed that they have such poor service which affects affiliated companies that actually are trying to deliver on time with excellent products. I'm trying to get my money back!!! After I called and waited for a very long time to speak to a representative, she tried her best to apologize on behalf of her company "The Popcorn Factory" which just added to a road of no return. Don't bother to order, it is just not worth the aggravation!! I can't add photos as the get well gift never arrived!! Not good!! I can't rate the popcorn factory as there were no product to receive a rating NOT GOOD!!!!!
