Ben's 5 Pillars SaaS Metrics Framework is an excellent way to breakdown this complex area. It is a well-organized and the content is accessible for non-accounting/finance people. Ben provides lots of great real-world examples and experience to illustrate the concepts. The videos, downloadable notes, and Excel templates add even more value. I highly recommend the course to anyone new to the SaaS world.
I absolutely loved this course and learned from Ben. No matter where you are in your finance career, you would benefit from this course, either as a confirmation that you do what is needed to just to know what to do and what comes next as your company grows.

Ben Murray systematically connects the dots of the SaaS financial operating system and shows a very detailed and practical roadmap through all the different metrics, their meaning, formulas, benchmarks, and how to use them right in dashboards and systems. Ben is very knowledgeable on the metrics that make SaaS companies go. While I already knew many of them the training gives you additional outlets to view results that maybe you didn't see before.

The 5 pillars is a great framework from which to hang all the metrics. It gives a good structure to make you think about how the different levers interact within your business.

The availability of videos to prepare for live sessions is helpful. Ben talks you through key metrics and answers questions. The additional templates and benchmarks are useful in putting them into practice. A must take coarse for anyone looking to bring transparency and institute operating leverage at a SaaS company.
I joined Ben's class because I wanted to have an introductory course that will be able to provide a thorough overview of all the key topics about SaaS. I recently completed the SaaS Metrics Foundation Live course and it was great. As a SaaS CFO for a number of years, it was good to see a system and framework for SaaS metrics that clearly defined explained and categorized these metrics. Lastly I should mention that Ben is very knowledgeable and is a great instructor.
