Really impressed, order Friday afternoon, delivered Sunday afternoon, due to only having old copper broadband in my building, I went from 10mbps to well over 100mbps, really really happy, would strongly recommend
What an amazing company. Was left with no internet at my holiday let by an ISP ceasing my line in error and needed to be up and running quickly. Called The Technology Doctors and got excellent technical and product advice from Damien who was able to send out a 5g device pre configured, with contract set up as well, so my guests had broadband within 24 hours. Perfect customer service and highly recommended.
Listened carefully to my needs, suggested a solution and adapted as necessary. Excellent end result ,I am very happy with the service from Damian and the products he has supplied me

Can't speak for anyone else but I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. First class service with absolutely no hard selling tactics. Been given impartial advice at every stage and not to be pointed in the direction of the dearest equipment but advised on the minimum spec of equipment i need and left to make my own decisions. Case in point I asked for a recommendation for a suitable router and I was told with complete honesty that for my requirements the cheapest 5g router on the website would be adequate for me. I ended up buying something a little more expensive but it was my decision. First class pre and post sale customer service as far as I can see. Im very happy with the company and intend to use them again.
Quality equipment, quality advice.Damian is super helpful, before and after sales. Because the equipment is high quality, it works well, is relatively easy to install and is a one-time fix.
The Tech doctors have been brilliant. Damian has been very helpful through the process of setting up, from initial purchase decisions, setting up a contract, providing monthly VAT receipts by email and tech set up help. I recommend the service 100%. We are fairly rural here, copper wire internet is slow and steady but really can’t keep up with our demands. I’ve run a Vodafone sim from TTD for a few months with a Tp link router and poynting antenna. Unfortunately even with an antenna I can’t quite reach a steady 4g or 5g connection. When it worked it was returning 130mbs most of the time. Occasional 80-100. So amazing. Unfortunately signal strength was the Achilles heel. Periodic drop outs over the day made it impossible to live with long term. I’m gutted. A couple of times a day we’d drop to 5mb for a while. Which may be fine in some cases, but I do a lot of zoom calls and WiFi calls for my business and it became too much of an issue. My outdoor phone signal here is generally 1 bar of 4g or 1 bar of 5g on average, so it was a long shot. If you have just good 4g signal even that’s enough to return 40-60mb. For me I have barely anything, so it was a bridge too far. I decided I couldn’t continue on this course after a few months and began to worry about how to leave the contract. Thinking I’d be legally tied in with Vodafone for a year and have fight to get free of it. Not a bit of it. Simple and painless. So even though I’m no longer a customer, I’m mightily impressed with the entire service provided. Trust worthy, helpful, attentive. I’m only sorry there’s not quite enough signal here.
This is a small company that work tirelessly to help their customers. They provide excellent advice and help when choosing the most suitable equipment for you home and area. They are very quick to respond to emails and delivery of the goods chosen . They deserve to do very wellThank you for time and energy

I bought a TP-link mobile wifi for the car. The item was firstly cheaper with the technology doctors. As part of the purchase they offered an ISP with a fixed monthly fee. The way they process the purchase and subsequent direct debit for ISP is efficient and sorted with hours of the original purchase. I had a question which I emailed to the technology doctors - which was answered extremely quickly, politely and providing the information that I needed. The transaction overall was swift, effortless on my part and the interaction with the team provided reassurance. I would highly recommend using this company.
Seems to be a hit and miss company to purchase from, in my experience though it was a definite miss mirroring the experiences detailed in other 1* reviews.Company will sell you a product however attempting to get support for the purchase after delivery seems impossible.Over a couple of days I have sent 3 messages requesting support with a significant issue relating to my purchase and received no reply. Normally I would not write a review after only a few days or about a smaller scale company however several factors have prompted me to. The products being sold are connectivity tools, facilitating access to everything from online banking to home security devices, given that multiple devices being sold are EXTREMELY outdated and vulnerable, support should be at the forefront for business AND domestic customers.Also the stated guideline for contact turnaround on the company’s website is same day. This claim is misleading to customers who are relying on a vital service and who may be left without access to their VOIP phone, bank account, home security system not to mention TV services etc.I have left a direct quote from the company website below.‘Call, email or use our contact form below. We are contactable 7 days a week. Every phone call, voicemail, email or social media contact will be answered on the same day.’If you need safe, reliable equipment AVOID. If you expect any support for problems encountered post-sale AVOID.
The Technology Doctors are the most knowledgeable and helpful IT people I have ever dealt with. I could not recommend them more highly. I will buy from them at any opportunity and want to let others know so they can enjoy the same benefits - just streets ahead of anyone else.
Very positive experience so far. Any issues I've had have been addressed swiftly - the couple of times I required replacements for example these were sent out to me on the day. Highly recommend.
My router took roughly 12 days to arrive to me and they only sent it to me because I sent an email asking what the story was, we're they sending it to me. Received it the next day. Sent messages about the device and have to pester them for a reply. Maybe a lot of people have had a good service But not me.
I would like to take a few minutes to offer this business a fair honest review, I recently was in need of a 5G router and found one from TP-Link, their website lead me to TheTechnologyDoctors website and I bought one in the same minute. I then checked the reviews on Trustpilot here and there were 4 negative so I rang their number to speak to them. A gentleman picked up the phone and spoke to me, assured me they were legit, totally understood why I was calling and why I was wondering something was off. They kindly told me to look at Google Reviews (so go check their Google Reviews!), they don't maintain this account on TrustPilot but can't close it either so if you see this review go and check their Google Reviews. I ordered the 5G router, free of shipping charge, yesterday (Thursday, 29th of May at 2:42pm), and received it today (Friday, 30th of May before 10am), less than 24 hours turnaround, that is brilliant and I think it was a wonderful service. I own a business too and I think it's unfair a company that is offering such a great service gets doubted because of these other reviews, so I leave this here to balance it out. Thank you TTD, I'm really impressed and happy to use your services again, thank you ever so much!
Dont often write reviews, but I specifically went with what seemed like a smaller company rather than through somewhere like broadbandbuyer as I had little expertise in 5g. Wanted a 5g modem to connect to my network, was initially recommended a product that after speaking to the manufacturer wasn't actually suitable for purpose as it didnt have a bridge mode. Slow to reply to emails and often doesnt answer the exact question asked so have to ask twice. Had a load of problems with setting up the kit when it arrived, they were of no help other than giving me the phone number for a distributor who may be able to help. If I hadn't been obsessively determined to get it working - ultimately having to replace the aerial (the one they supplied was useless) and get a local IT specialist out to get it working - I would probably have had to just sell the kit on. Other things to note, Damian said a suitable speed test for 5g signal was to use a mobile phone on the same network. I learned later mobile phones use very different technology to the home 5g routers and therefore it is unlikely they will ever achieve the same speeds. I was annoyed at the fact they sold me a product that they said they had little to no experience using (teltonika rutx50). I thought a small company called the technology doctor should have known a lot more about their products. Last email I sent to them was on 11th February chasing as to whether there had been a response from technical support. Received no reply.
AVOID! This company seller on amazon and sell item are missing from the listing and then does not give refund when return and make accusation of fraud.KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
