Speedy Shipping, Amazing Prices and Selection - can't go wrong with TheVapeMall
I have been buying products from TheVapeMall.com for years now. With my last order I was going out of town and needed it a little faster than the free shipping I am used to would typically get it to me. The surcharge for 3-5 day shipping was minimal and it ended up coming very fast. All orders I place are custom (they make the vape juice to order if it is their in house brand), and that is obviously going to take a few days depending on how deep their orders are. In the end, I am extremely happy with the service. Outside of that, I have been buying from them for years because of quality and price. They are maybe half the price of a low cost local retail shop - and maybe 1/3 of the price of a regular one. Their in house menu is EXTENSIVE. If you can't find what you are looking for there - I am not sure what planet you might be from. They also give the option of more flavor, more sour, more sweet.. so you can change the levels of your juice. The 5 pack is the best deal out there - and I typically order 2 - 5 packs of 125ml when I order. That lasts me months. They also sell tanks, coils and other supplies - so it is nice to get pieces for my mods when I order. These guys are my #1 go to favorite vape store period. I have been vaping for so many years - when I started there was just a single store in Denver area - Vapor Leaf. I want to say that was 16+ years ago? Anyway, I have been through many versions of stores and really, this place is the best.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, they told me a week ago it would be 5 days, yesterday they told me it was lost by the post. Sounds like a whole lot of fraudulent scamming to me. So glad I didnt waste more than $90. Here’s me about to do a $600 order when they said 5 days. Thank god I didn't!! Reporting to bank and fair trading Australia.

Supply customers with their orders!! I ordered on the 18th November from this company!! 137 pound they ripped me off for no communication no nothing!! After countless emails I've sent no response whatsoever!! How can these company's get away with this?? AVOID! Order not received. At first they were responding to emails and assuring me there was just a delay. But they've been radio silence for the past 2 weeks and are ignoring all my emails. The phone number they have listed on their website is out of service. DO NOT ORDER GOODS FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Delicious flavor and received quickly Just read all the horrible reviews but 100 percent that was not my experience I randomly placed an order with vape mall, with any online purchase I was a little nervous but thought it's like $10 no big deal. I chose my flavor added extra sweetener and hoped for the best. I received an email saying my order was placed maybe 2 days later my order was shipped with a tracking number. I ordered a salt nic and Im extremely satisfied with the product.

so i am another victim, i ordered on 25/08/25 and still have not received my order, i now wish i had looked on here first, such an appealing well thought out website, tried contacting them via email, phone , and the message service they provide, looked them up on companies house and only started in july this year, absolutely fuming that i did not research before buying PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!UPDATE ; i reported him to my bank and received a refund from them, i paid by credit card as there was not an option for paypal, DO NOT pay direct from your bank

I placed an order 25/08/25. States on website items would be delivered 2-5 working days. Nothing! I’ve emailed and have had replies but the same message each time “issue with delivery”. It is now 10/09/25 and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve stated that if I don’t receive items by end of this week I will be seeking a refund. Let’s wait and see what happens next…….

Order from this company on 20th August. Items ment to arrive within 2-4 working days. A week later I was told delivery would be the following week due to delivery issues. Email for delivery confirmation but no reply. Now been reported to the bank as fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
