Poor Follow Up
The company advertised an approximate 8 to 10 month waiting period but after just submitting forms to the ATF, I was informed it will be another 8 to 10 month period before I get my suppressor. This makes my total wait time in excess of 1-1/2 years. They informed me I was sent an email a few days after the purchase which I either missed or did not understand the urgency of. Regardless, they should have a system in place that notifies those who do not get this done, as they should stress the importance of getting this done immediately, in order to meet their advertised wait period. This is my second suppressor I have purchased from them and while I like their products, their communications are poor enough that I will not purchase from or do any business with them again. The sales department would not allow a cancellation of my order or I would have cancelled immediately upon learning of this.

I ordered the 360 shipping on Friday and had the box and gun cases by Monday.Bubble wrapped a couple barrels and put in one case and threw another rifle in the second case. Taped up the box, stuck the label on and off to FedEx.One thing I would suggest.The long seam on the box is a little sharp so I put a long piece of packing tape along the entire seam to prevent anyone handling it from being cut, possibly mad and then tossing/throwing the object of their anger.

I have had two(2) rifle barrels (30-30 & 0.177) threaded by Threading Central & not only was the finished products excellent, but their guidance/help along the process was tremendous; from the sending the pre-addressed label & mailing box to finished barrels mailed in a box with the barrels in zippered rifle cases. I enjoyed those two threaded barrels so much that I recently mailed two more ( 22’s) for their threading efforts!

Promptly received box and 2 padded gun cases for shipping barrels or weapons after ordering 360 Mailing. After packing and labeling, seamless drop off at Fedex office.Tracking accurate both ways and returned to me safely without damage. Two days after my barrel arrived, invoice for threading generated. Within 10d of payment, I had my barrel back! Thread protector easily screws on and off. Highly satisfied with whole process. Unfortunately, still waiting for suppressor (13 mos and counting)
