Very happy with Thrifty books
This company sent a book that I did not think was in as good of condition as they advertised. They contacted me after my review and sent a replacement which I was very happy with. I will order from them again. I was very pleased with their service.

I was buying Dean Koontz books for my sister who does not have a computer. I bought quite a lot of books from them but the last book to arrive was not a book I would have ordered because it was from a writer I had never heard of. I contacted Thrift Books and they contacted me back asking for numbers etc. I sent then to support and got an email back saying they did send the book I had ordered and more or less called me a liar. If you are going to buy anything from Thrift Books be very careful because if something does go wrong you will get no help from them at all. They will just put the blame on you. They would not even receive the wrong book back and told me to give it to charity etc. Much to my cost I found out that I should have read the reviews before I started to buy anything from Thrift Books, because it appears that many people have found out that they are not a very trustworthy company and have lost money buying from them. I hope that this will stop people from losing their hard earned money buying books from Thrift Books. They can not be trusted so take care.

Not a whole lot to say
Not a whole lot to say, other than my experience with doing business with you, thrift books is usually quite exceptional with the not good exception of purchase of Seth 2. I got a messed up rock DVD, instead of what was advertised. Now I am left with decision of throwing it away and calling it a loss or you giving me the opportunity to refund or replace. I love this website. The only improvement that would be GREAT is having stores with LOTS & LOTS of used books.
