SCAMMED!

Bought tickets for a baseball game on this site, I had no confirmation/order acknowledgment through so I sent an email to customer services and has no reply.The tickets were supposed to be texted to me on the 1st of July and the event was on the 4th. 1st of July came and no tickets, so I phoned and was told to send an email and put urgent in the subject. Still no reply.The 4th has been and gone and didn't recieve any tickets or help from the site. I have been well and truly scammed.

Simran.. has been excellent. not all the agents are helpful. i was lucky to get her on the phone the second time i called. although i paid a bit more fare than other travel agency. i did not feel it. keep it up Simran.. you are a great asset to the company.

Feeling duped!

Ok. Wishing I had read reviews first before going to ticketsonsale.com. I feel that I have been seriously duped like so many others. Just want to cancel my order and go wit a more reputable ticket dealer. At least a scalper is up front about duping one. Now for the lengthy processing to cancel my order which I will be very surprised if I get any recourse or refund

The 100% Money-Back Guarantee is absolutely lie.I purchased two tickets for a concert in 10/2017 and it turns out the vendor was a scammer. It took the money and disappeared. I was trying to get tickets.expert to compensate my loss (about $1200). I filed a BBB complaint and did receive a call from the company rep telling me they would send the compensation check. I believed and replied on BBB that the issue resolved. But three months passed I never receive the check. I spent hours and hours trying to get a the company's response but was in vain. I was scammed again.

Wow I feel like an idiot for buying…

Wow I feel like an idiot for buying tickets from this site!! I thought I was buying legit tickets from a professional company, but discovered after it was too late that I was ripped off!! I thought my tickets were great seats!! $152 per ticket!! Months later when getting closer to the event I opened them up and discovered someone else’s name was on the tickets, $69 value with obstructed view!! Plus on top of that they sneaked in a $50 service fee per ticket!! The person I talked to on the phone refused to give me my money back! HORRIBLE RIPNOFF COMPANY STAY AWAY!!!

USE THIS SITE AT YOUR PERIL!

This is a completely dishonest and fraudulent company and should be avoided. I purchased 'tickets' at great expense for a preview showing of Frozen The Musical in February and was misled (no doubt deliberately) into thinking my paper e-tickets would give me access to the event. THEY DID NOT. The subsequent small print, only seen when it was too late, tells you to download to a mobile but the contradiction with the earlier bold wording totally misleads the customer. A special anniversary weekend was therefore spoilt (at least for that night). I have every reason to suspect that, had I downloaded the tickets to a device, they would not have been recognised anyway.Try complaining about being robbed of 550 dollars? Forget it. Their so-called Customer Services is a joke and no better than speaking to a robot which has been programmed to repeat the same garbage over and over. Their 100% guarantees that the tickets will arrive in time and give access to the event are outright, blatant lies. This a seriously organised scamming business, as evidenced by over 70% of the reviews. Do the math and don't make the same mistake I did. This site should be closed down before any more harm is done.

Option for ticket delivery is crap...

I paid the extra fees to have tickets delivered thinking i would get the actual ticket stubs...Wrong the sent me print offs. The same thing i could have done myself and saved the extra fees.

This company is dishonest and …

This company is dishonest and unprofessional in the way they do business. They do not disclose their insanely high service fees throughout the purchasing process. It is only disclosed at the very last second, before you complete your purchase. In my case, I was tricked into that process and did not realize it until it was too late. Then, they are not willing to provide the customer service to make it right. Do not use this company to purchase tickets, unless you are willing to pay an excessive amount in service fees without full disclosure throughout the process.

I bought tickets for a specific performance. The screwed up and sent me tickets for the wrong date and refused to exchange them for the correct date. Then they had the unmitigated gall to suggest I use their site to resell the tickets they sent to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are dishonest THIEVES.

Deceptive. High Fees. No Guarantee of authenticity. Avoid! Avoid!

Tickets.Expert (also doing business as TicketGalaxy and TicketNetwork) is basically a bad Stubhub - it is ticket listing service company that matches third-party ticket sellers with buyers. This company doesn't actually hold any of the tickets themselves and has no real way to verify their authenticity.Tickets.Expert also charge ridiculously high service fees ($50+ per ticket) for the use of their site, and you only find out about those fees at the final stage of checkout. Tickets.Expert offer absolutely no refunds on your purchase regardless of the circumstances or how quickly you call them to reverse the transaction. Call within one minute? Does not matter - they will not provide a refund.If the tickets you receive are fake, they will put you through hoops to try to get your money back. The 100% Authentic Guarantee on your tickets is baloney - because they are merely a middleman between a seller and a buyer, they have no way to authenticate the tickets and do not stand behind their ticket guarantee.You'll end up giving up on your refund and trying to recoup the money through your credit card company.Avoid like the plague.

Customer Service = Repetition of their Customer Service Policy

You have a perfectly lawyered Customer Service Policy that was followed so closely, that it forgot once thing...Customer Satifaction!. Isnt that what it is all about when someone finds themselves in a jam. I will start by saying, with the exception of one incredibly nice woman, the people I spoke to have been trained to do nothing more than follow and recite this policy of what they are NOT able to do. And recite it over and over - they simply followed it to the letter of the policy, forcing me to loose $300, a $50 parking pass and not be able to attend a concert as the ticket algo allowed for me to rcieve 2 or the 4 tickets i purchased, with hours before I had a chance to do much. So in the end, I was out of money and disappointed 3 kids to miss a concert with their dad. When a Service Rep and 2 "Managers" can do nothing but recite the "policy" of the website over and over, almost robotically, without finding a solution, I think you might as well not even have a customer service department. Great customer service makes great companies, they find ways to fix things for customers rather than relentlessly standing behind policy when it will hurt a customers experience. Thats what makes those company's great, even iconic. With my experience, they didn't, couldn't provide any options or relief, or show that they are a company destined to greatness by turning bad situations into great outcomes when things go wrong. As a professional private equity investor, I was shocked by the banality of this team, but in particular the Manager. To the owner of this site, they are all great - they didn't cost you a dime. That said, (the person who apparently was the least senior of the three poeple I spoke to) had the most wonderful attitude and sympathy for the situation. She was a human, not a robotic person siting the legal code of your website. I give her 5 stars for her kindness. The manager above her at least tried, but needed to be pushed. But the most senior of them all was the most offensive. "The Manager", told the customer service rep to tell me before he even would take the call, that he could do nothing. Now thats a curious human being managing the best interest of the company...He is literally so important and busy that it was not even worth taking the call to make a bad situation better. Good start!. This manageris is not a team leader, an executive, or a person that should interact with customers. Zero ability to think creatively on how to fix a situation so 3 kids didnt have to miss out on a concert bc the computer algo sold the same tickets twice. His repitition of "policy" and ability to explain nothing, do nothing or offer nothing but to look at emails and explain all the reasons why I was wrong and why he really could "do nothing", was just classic and should be in every Business School's class on Marketing under "what not to do when staffing your Customer Service department". It should be a case study for every MBA starting a new website or tech company. He is literally the opposite of every executive that has been trained by companies like Apple. The service team of this company should be flipped upside down and sales would boom. The person at the "bottom" who needed to pass me up the chain, should be "the manager"!! and maybe one day it may be able to have a great brand. Very dissappointing and I hope this makes it to the ownership of this company should they care to make their website stand out among a crowded field of ticket broker competitors. At least Stub Hub has a Customer Guarantee

Ordered tickets on May 1st for Paul … Didn't get

Ordered tickets on May 1st for Paul McCartney July 19 2017 through Ticket Experts.com. Do Not Use. Scam!!!. STILL NO TICKETS. Email said would have by July 16. .TODAY IS July 18. We have to travel a day to get there. So disappointed. I even picked out our seats. Cost $535. We were scammed. Thank you for ruining my birthday present. Do not recommended. They use second and third parties that you can't even contact ( we were not told abou). Calling BBB because they should be shut down. Terrible. Cant stop crying. Why are people so cruel,😡😭

Bought tickets in the wrong section by mistake. No refunds under any circumstances even though the show is 5 weeks out. Found tickets later, MUCH CHEAPER, even with the fees on Ticketmaster. Buyer Beware!
