Terrible service.
Your description of your services was deceptive. Your customer service was nonexistent. No refund possible. You said you would resell my tickets and refund me, I haven't received a dime. I will take every oppoetunity possible to dissuade people from using this sight.

Beware!!
I followed link from tour listing that brought me to what thought was Tickemaster. Their site is set up to look very similar. I comlpeted purchase & recieved confiration email that tickets would be delivered by 5/23. The show is 5/24.!! realizing it wasn't Ticketmaster I did some research & found some very disturbing claims. I attemped to cancel, but all sales final. READ THE FINE PRINT!! In light of reviews I am very hesitant to book accomodations for event (three hours away) with tickests not in hand. Not a pleasant experience so far!

Better than expected
I was very worried about not getting my tickets immediately. But I did get them a few days before the event. The seats were great. I would do it again for the price.

I ended up purchaing tickets from them thinking they were the primary ticket seller
I ended up purchaing tickets from them based on a FB ad which to me indicated tehy were the primary sller of tickets for the event. After making the purchase, I got an email stating the tickets were being transferred from "Cathy". Upon review I found that they are a ticket reseller and it ended up costing me about 35% more than I could have bought them from the primary seller (Ticketmaster).I would strongly recommend you check ticket pricing from the primary ticket seller. Lesson learned.
