I have been charged on my credit for a concert that I didnt make.. Filed a report with my Credit Card company, TicketWeb will not reply.. BS
Trash company cancel show don’t give refunds
Terrible site. Kept declining two cards for "wrong information" despite it being clearly the correct information and my bank even alerted my that a purchase was being approved yet ticket web declined it on their side. Waste of time!
Unable to buy tickets. Keeps hitting me with an unexpected error. No explanation other then ‘different billing adress/security risk/exceeding ticket limit’. I’m gonna miss seeing my idol now…
Terrible. Won't let me buy tickets. It just keeps saying "unexpected error". I have tried signing out and back in, changed email addresses, used a private browser, laptop and phone, and nothing worked. I just want goddamn tickets.
site won't even load, garbage company
My husband purchased 2 tickets for a local event in Michigan & died quite suddenly. I contacted TicketWeb for a refund because their policy clearly states that refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Not only did they refuse to issue a refund, but their customer service team made us jump through hoops to provide information, dragging the process out for months beyond the event date. One star is too positive a rating for their clearly fraudulent actions.
Don’t do business with this company because they have very limited support hours. I ran into a problem a couple hours before the concert began and they were not available to help with a simple fix as a result, I never was able to go to the concert and I’m out $100. The only consolation to me is that the band at least got some more money. when I purchased tickets from ticket web signing in through Facebook, they connected to a tertiary email that was listed on my Facebook account. It was an old college email that I never use anymore. My college shut down access to those emails earlier this year, so I could not get my tickets from ticketweb on the day of the showbecause they mailed them to that old college address. They didn’t have anyone answering the phone, nor chat or emails from me asking to forward the tickets to a different address. By the time the tickets got to me, it was two days after the show. I also contacted Ticketmaster since ticketweb is a subsidiary, but the Ticketmaster support people couldn’t help either. Basically, if you’re paying a good amount of your hard earned money for a concert do not work with a platform that doesn’t have a correctly functioning sign in mechanism and has limited support like this.
I bought tickets to a show and when I got there none of the facilities that were meant to be there were available. I asked for a refund, and they refused. Then miraculously it was refunded a few days later. Only for now 2 months later they have debited the cash from my credit card again. I tried to call and apparently phone support is unavailable! Its giving fraud vibes!
This company is SO bad. Exactly the reason why Congress looks into Ticketmaster's (TicketWeb's parent) "unfair or deceptive practices." This company is TERRIBLE. I bought $65 tickets - fee is $16.18! $16.18 for what? If the event is cancelled, you won't get those fees back. You MIGHT not get your ticket price back. Also, according to their terms, if you attempt a credit card "chargeback" for ANY reason - they can ban you from life for ever using their services ever again. If you read through their so called "Purchase Policy" - you won't ever buy tickets from them ever again. I can ASSURE you, I will pass in the future on any artist who uses these clowns. Go to the purchase policy on their website!!! Read it carefully. Unbelievable.
Purchased tickets in December for a show in July and received a confirmation. In early July I contacted them and was advised that the tickets weren't being released until July 20 in case they were "oversold." Began emailing again on July 21, finally got tickets two hours before I have to leave with a note that they were being sent again. (I ran a search on spam and trash--they weren't there. They have no phone service, only a message that they no longer have phone service. When sent an email you get an automated response that they will respond but there may be delays. And I have to wonder what would have happened if they "oversold."
Awful company. Charged my card multiple times without authorization on my end then refused to refund the purchases when i reached out though email. I had to call my bank and report it as fraud
If I could do 0 stars I would, I asked for a refund because the performer rescheduled, and I wasn’t able to to the dates that he had ( not to mention his shows are cancelled for up to 6 months) I even heard that since the performer cancelled and rescheduled he was approving of refunds for people who couldn’t go. My friend received a refund, but for some reason ticketwebb wouldn’t give me a refund, these people are an absolute SCAMMMMM. What a waste. No sympathy or anything. Whatever you do DONTTTTT order through them!!!!! They take your money and they DONT care.
I bought Bouncing Souls tickets in January. They were supposed to email them and they never came. I start emailing, trying to call. Nothing. I finally get an email back. Takes 3 email addresses before I finally get the tickets?? If I don’t complain they’d never come… this is a horrible company. This day and age…technology. There’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to print my tickets as soon as I buy them. DO NOT USE THEM. I feel like they’re a scam. Zero stars bro. They are terrible.
I ordered 4 tickets for a stand up comedy show for 5/30/25. They changed the date of the venue and I am unable to attend on the new date and they refused to refund my money.
Like others have stated, the payment system on this website is very flawed - payment would constantly decline when info is correct. Stay away.
I purchased tickets for a concert that was prominently advertised as an all-ages show, which led me to believe it would be suitable for families, including my 8-year-old daughter. However, upon arriving at the venue, the staff informed me that my daughter was not allowed to enter because the event was exclusively for attendees aged 21 and older. This was both surprising and disappointing, considering the initial advertising. When I reached out to request a refund, I was told that the tickets were nonrefundable, which left me frustrated and feeling scammed. This experience not only wasted our time but also caused unnecessary distress for my husband, my daughter, and me. It was a terrible experience!
It's imposible to buy tickets on their website, use 3 different cards, 2 phones, 2 different people on different state, 3 days and just getting error on process the card, they just said Buy it at the location and there isnt one to go
I purchased tickets on 2/12/25 for a concert this weekend. I have not received the tickets and the US link to send an email does not work. The phone number doesn't work yet the bank statement shows that they took my money leaving me with my tickets.
