Late, but excellent when they came
Con: Gave me a service window of 9 AM to 1 PM, and every hour thereafter when I called (1:00, 2:00, 3, 4, 5) said someone would be there in an hour or less. A driver finally showed up at 6:15 PM. Pro: Once the driver arrived, the service was great. They gave me a $10 discount. If I hadn't been so worried that they wouldn't show up, and also needing to go out to dinner, it would have been totally fine. Suggestion: Give an honest estimate of arrival time.
